We stored our RV here while visiting family through the holidays '21. Signup and billing were surprisingly easy. Temporary RV storage was tricky, as we were unable to make any type of reservation ahead of time, however staff/management were helpful and tried to accommodate us as early as policy allowed.Where things went wrong is we incurred a petty theft out of one of our unlocked RV holds. 2 kids chairs and collapsible wagon. Not the end of the world, but pretty frustrating given you pay for the security. I called to notify them of the date range of the theft (was never outside of our possession or observation other than at the facility), and the rep never followed up.After 1.5 years on the road full timing in our RV, the only time we've been stolen from was at Life Storage, EDH. Obviously they're not liable, but lock your stuff.Edited to include dates: theft occurred likely between 12/29 and 12/30, called and notified 12/31/21

I had a very strange and unique situation and the manager was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Will absolutely recommend to everyone. Thank you Megan, you are the real MVP!! ?

My family has been a customer of this facility for years. Unfortunately we had to terminate our storage locker agreement because we moved away this year. However, I would just like to say how great we were treated throughout our entire move out process!No one in their right mind likes moving, let alone through a pandemic, but the folks in their front office really made this process as easy as possible for us! Special thanks as well to Megan at the front desk for helping us out, and tracking down some extra moving dolly’s for us, much appreciated!

I've been doing business with this particular location is for the better part of 15 years. The onsite manager... Megan is probably the most thorough, efficient, and capable person you could have at the helm of this location! I'd hire her myself if she wasn't already employed.

Read this.. I really believe 3 stars would be more accurate. There is one reason and only one that this place isn't five star fantastic. They advertise as Air Cooled. IT'S SWELTERING & Trying to do anything like go through or straighten out a storage is next to impossible. I rented these thinking I could work in them to reduce all the things I have, and now I'm stuck. Staff is really great. The yard and building are clean, and they are up to date. They open really early & stay open late. Best of all, it's a very convenient location. Prices seem to be a bit less....then the competition.

Do Not store your things here! My boat was taken from its parking spot and used before being returned dirty with 4.5 hours put on it. Sounds crazy right? I'm not kidding. It's my belief that someone who works there was probably involved. When I complained about the lack of security, I was told their cameras only go back 30 days and they don't have time to look into it. If you care about your things, don't risk storing them here!!!
