I had a great experience working with Juan at Mercedes Benz EDH. He was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had just gotten into a bad car accident a couple days prior and he made purchasing a car very easy. I’m so happy with the purchase and love my car. I would highly recommend Juan to anyone looking for a car at this dealership.

Absolutely irresponsible place and staff. Be aware — if they make a mistake, they will not admit it, they will lie, and they will tell you they don’t give a damn about anything. I am a truck driver from Shift Line Transit LLC. I came to these people to pick up a car for delivery to another Mercedes dealership in West Covina. I showed them the vehicle’s VIN, they came out and claimed it was the wrong VIN, saying I needed to transport another car of the same model, and gave me the keys. After delivery, they refused to pay, claiming I took the wrong car. For reference, I asked them about five times if they were sure. I do not recommend dealing with these liars.

I saw a car I was interested in online and called the dealership and spoke with Kevin. He was very helpful and even sent me a video of the car inside and out. We drove up to Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills the next day, test drove the car with Kevin and bought the car. Kevin has been great with follow up, checking in with us for questions. There is a learning curve for any new/used car and we felt comfortable texting Kevin. He was always prompt in his replies.
The staff, Dan the Manager and Yusuf the Finance Manager were very nice to work with also.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Mercedes-Benz dealership with Juan, a sales representative. Throughout the day, Juan messaged me multiple times confirming that they had the exact numbers ready for the GLC Coupe I wanted, at the price I had requested. Despite this, when I arrived, I was presented with a finance agreement instead of the lease agreement which I specifically asked for. Additionally, Juan’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful; we simply waited for 30 mins for him to get our pricing organized and the never came back so we had to go up to him and then when we wanted to ask him a question when he told us to wait and then left to another customer. Overall I felt like my day was wasted and this experience was very disappointing.

Stopped in and bought a car yesterday. Worked directly with Ryan (sales) who was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He kept his word with post-sale service as well. Big thumbs up to the whole team there, especially the group that stayed after-hours, well after closing time, to finalize the process. Ive been to a lot of dealerships in the past few months, recommend this one if you’re looking into a Mercedes - ask to work with Ryan - fantastic experience.

These guys are crooks, stay away from this place. We had a deal on a car, and then they did a bait and switch and said that it was more expensive than what they were negotiating and said that they were negotiating with the wrong car. Although we had a reached a deal, they refused to honor it. Then, got upset with me and called my wife for not completing the deal. It's unbelievable how these guys are still in business, i have not heard of a happy customer since previous ownership sold these crooks the business.
PS. After I posted this, the thugs called me up and left a threatening message on my voicemail; which I reported to Mercedes corporate and the El Dorado County Sheriff as an annoying and threatening phone call.

We had a wonderful experience working with Johnny at Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills. From the start, he was incredibly friendly and took the time to patiently explain each feature of the car, making sure we fully understood everything. His knowledge about the vehicle was impressive, and he made the process feel smooth and stress-free.
Even after the purchase, Johnny went above and beyond. He helped me get the front license plate holder attached a few weeks later, which we really appreciated. True to his word, he followed up two days after the sale and again a week later to see how we were liking the car and to answer any questions we had.
It’s rare to find a salesperson who combines professionalism, patience, and genuine care the way Johnny does. We highly recommend asking for him if you’re considering a car from Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills.

I took my GLE AMG to this Mercedes for the first time to do around 3K OF SERVICES. The car was returned to me with the engine light on. When I dropped off the car, the engine light was not on. I'm very disappointed at the service receive at this Mercedes.

As a Customer Experience professional, I feel compelled to share what happened. The buying process itself was fine, nothing extraordinary, nothing terrible. But after I got home and read the contract more carefully, I realized the add-ons (maintenance, key protection, extended warranty) didn’t make sense for us. The contract clearly stated I had 30 days to cancel, so I reached out the following week.
And that’s when the nightmare started.
• The Finance Director, Nathalie, simply never replied to my emails. When I went in person, I was told I’d have to wait two hours to speak with her.
• The Sales Manager met with us and said he would take care of it, but then stopped answering our follow-ups.
• I emailed Mou, the General Manager, multiple times and never received a reply.
I got so desperate that I started contacting lawyers to handle the situation. Only after I escalated the issue directly to the owner of Envision (the group that owns this dealership) did I finally get a response, from Mou, the very same day.
From that point forward, things were resolved, and eventually all the add-ons were canceled. But it took almost two months of follow-up and unnecessary stress to get there. It was exhausting and left me feeling powerless and ignored.
A Constructive Note: Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills, you carry one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. Customers expect excellence not only in the product but in the service, before and after the sale. There is a huge opportunity to improve how you handle post-sale issues and communication with your clients.
After I bougth the car, I saw that many other customers have also shared negative experiences. I wish I had read those reviews before buying my car, I naïvely assumed that because it’s Mercedes, everything would be flawless. I was wrong, and that was a very expensive lesson.

I can’t brag on this place enough. I came to this dealership with a specific car in mind, and the second I walked up I was greeted by Angie. I showed her a picture of the car I wanted, and she knew exactly where it was at on the lot and took me straight to it. It was love at first sight between me and this car and the purchasing experience was so smooth.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and I got a good deal on the car. I didn’t find out for a year later that they engaged in a very shady practice. Apparently, because my car was used, they felt inclined to take the tires off of it and replace them with old/worn tires. I purchased it with 600 miles and now only have 9800, yet I found out today at a reputable tire shop that I have only 3/32nds in the front and 4/32nds in the rear. Interesting for a tire that’s average mileage is 30k. Garbage business practice to take advantage of your customer. If you choose to purchase a vehicle from here, watch your back. I will be reporting this to the CA DMV.
