This used to be a decent pharmacy. They are now unprofessional and not helpful at all. I switched to Safeway which has better hours and also has pharmacists that enjoy doing their job.

The pharmacist was very helpful and had the Rx done within a couple of hours, and that was with changes. She worked with me to get my cousin's medication ready so I could pick it up. Thank you!

Picked up e cart items and again they gave me someone else’s bag and I have a missing bag. I phoned and they wanted to give me a credit on my e-cart . Unfortunately, this has happened before and I never received my credit. They have a delivery service and I feel they should make this right. How about delivering the items to my home instead of asking me to drive over again and pick them up. That is what the young ladies at ecart advise to me to fix. I was then advised to do what I feel I should do. So I have and I am writing this review. Don’t order from e cart. They get orders wrong more often than right and then they don’t fix the mistake. Not convenient at all when they get your order wrong.

Terrible. The only "normal grocery store" we had in central EDH is gone. I've shopped here since the late 80s and you have lost my business. Terrible business decision.

Used to be good and great service but that is years ago. What happened? If Raley’s pharmacy cannot provide a basic service such as customer service, then they need to close down and have us transfer to another place. Mainly it seems they are short of staff. It took me 11 minutes to stand in front of the counter before someone comes and help.

This pharmacy used to be okay, but in the past 18 months it has completely changed. They have lost our insurance information every time we have been in. That tells me they aren't bothering to put it in their system. We do not get a lot of prescriptions, but when we do the staff makes the process as unpleasant as possible. They are rude and unprofessional. I will make every effort to not have any prescriptions filled there again.

Disappointed. I called on a Friday to have my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens to here after having bad experiences with Walgreens. It’s now Wednesday and after hearing nothing, I gave them a call. They said they don’t have any record of my request and no prescriptions were ready. They said they will send a request today. I asked them not to since I already had a bad experience with a pharmacy and this one didn’t seem to be off to a great start. I will be finding yet another pharmacy to take my regular business...

I want to thank Raley's El Dorado Hills for their great service. I no longer drive so I depend on their e-cart program. They do a great job picking out the best produce and meats and other products. When I can't get to the store, I try to let e-cart workers know how much I appreciate their efforts. But when I am able to shop, the staff is always ready and eager to help. The store is well-laid out and exceptionally clean during my visits.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 10 years and I do not like the staff changes. For one my favorite pharmacist, Lisa, left for a different pharmacy. She knew me by name. And the other familiar faces behind the register have slowly changed over; they all knew me by name too!

Dissastisfied...changed hours to open later during the week makes it super inconveniet, closed on Sundays which means it will take even LONGER for meds to be filled, when they are already NEVER FILLED in a timely manner. Staff changes way too frequently, you deal with different emplpyees all the time. Other customers in line have shared with me, they are leaving this pharmacy for Costco pharmacy due to poor customer service, lack of friendliness and smiles.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 10 years. Came to pick up prescriptions yesterday and only two were ready. Came back tonight and the others are still not ready. You can totally feel the stress going on behind the counter. Everyone seems so stressed so much so they don't even look up to acknowledge you are standing there! I am sure they are encountering so much rudeness from customers! Geez Raleys! Get these poor women some help back there
