Wow what a strange experience tonight. Movie did not start on time and someone had to go ask them to start it. We were all just sitting in silence before they did. I read this has happened a few times recently. The movie was also SO LOUD. Like I think maybe too loud. Then at the end we were supposed to get a preview of another movie which was very exciting, but they just turned the sound off. The preview still ran but with lights on and no sound.they also unfortunately have Pepsi and no reclining seats. Several of the toilet stalls were out of toilet paper and they were also almost out of paper towels.

My experience at this movie theater was a nightmare. I was enjoying a film when suddenly, I was unjustly kicked out for no apparent reason. The staff showed zero empathy and provided no explanation, leaving me bewildered and frustrated. Save yourself the headache and find a theater that actually respects its patrons.

I had the worst experience at this movie theater! I was enjoying the film when suddenly, out of nowhere, I was kicked out for absolutely no reason! The staff was rude and unapologetic, and the whole ordeal ruined my night. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

My Name is Shawn, the rest of the name listed is not my last name, I don't know who that is. This is part two of a Movie review in a compare/contrast between two Movie Houses that I frequent often. Both are Regals and as for as this review goes, it is about each of them from my last visits in the last 72 hours, todays date is 03-26-24. If you want to see the contrast from the last two visits, your going to have to look up my review titled for Regal El Dorado Hills, but it was about Delta Shores in Elk Grove and employee Hunter. This review is titled the same and is indeed about Regal El Dorado Hills and Hallie is the employee whom I urchased my ticket. As mentioned in my last review which was my first ever Google Review, My exsiccations from my encounters with any Movie House Employee I experience, they should be Professional, Welcoming and friendly, that's it. if they exceeds those basic skills, well good for them. Hallie of Regal El Dorado Hills is the name of the employee whom I delt with when I got my ticket on Sunday March 24th. this compare/contrast is a little unfair in that Hallie knows me a little better than Hunter, yet according to the standards I stated, that is a great equalizer. On Sunday when I finally made it to the concession counter, Hallie already had my account pulled up that is based on ones phone number. I don't know how she dose it, maybe she has a photographic memory, but she always gets it correct, I know this because I check to see if I get the credits for my purchases each time i go to the Movies. Hallie seemingly knows what Movie I'm there to watch, I imagen because she knows what type of Movies I normally like seeing. She probably uses deductive reasoning to guess what time of showing the movie She inputted that I was there to see and then proceeds to select which seat that she knows I'm going to want to sit in. If my preferred seat is already taken, she always selects the alternative seat she knows I would of chosen. Just as I don't know if Hallie has a Photographic Memory I don't know for sure she is or is not Clairvoyant, but she sure seems like she is. One possible complaint I shared with her efficiency that I shared with her, is she makes the getting of my ticket so easy that I barely have time to say "Hello". In summery, Hunter of Regal Delta Shores could use a little refresher course on Customer Service. Hallie of Regal El Dorado Hills, well she deserves recognition of setting and surpassing any reasonable standards of a very good Regal Employee.

Great service and experience. Ashley at the front counter was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Thanks for the great service. I think her last name starts with an E.

Love the classic movies. David Bowie in Labyrinth was awesome on the big screen! We even dressed up for it! "Turn back Sarah ... before it's too late" ... "You remind me of the babe! What babe? The Babe with the power. What power? The power of voodoo. Who do? You do. Do what?

Nice reclining leather seats but it's 30 full minutes from "showtime" to the start of the movie.

My family and I love this theater. It's never crowded and always clean. I love the restaurants nearby for a pre-movie meal.
