“Frankie at the front desk was great. Helped us in picking out the right packing supplies. Even carried the boxes to the car for us and gave us ice cold waters. Very considerate and kind. Thanks Frankie!”

“Great experience with Superior Self Storage! Doretta was fantastic to work with — friendly, helpful, and great with communication from start to finish. She took the time to show us the facility and our unit and made the entire rental process easy. The facility was very clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable storing our belongings there. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. Highly recommend Superior Self Storage… Thank you Doretta!”

“if i could give superior self storage of EDH 6/5 stars i would! extremely helpful customer service every time i needed to reach out or speak to a staff member. they have a ton of variety of storage options; including climate controlled which is what i needed! they offered a plethora of cart options any time i needed to move stuff in or out (which is extra helpful when you've got a lot of stuff)! it was also super helpful that they're close to the freeway, so anytime i needed something quick it was in and out in no time! i also felt very secure knowing you need to enter your gate code every time you enter or exit the facility. if i didn't move out, i'd still be a customer! i can't rave about them enough!!**helpful tip to get a u-lock for your storage unit!”

“Courteous management, and by far the lowest cost storage that I could find near Folsom Lake and El Dorado Hills for boats, RV’s, and utility trailers. Some of the other, higher cost yards have CCTV surveillance and I guess that might be a crime deterrent but I parked my mom’s Winnebago there for almost 20 years and never had a problem. The only actual disadvantage I can think of is the padlocked gate at the entry, instead of a keypad.”
