He explained that he could drill out the lock and get me set up with a replacement. After taking care of everything quickly and professionally, he went above and beyond and actually comped the replacement lock, saving me money and turning what could have been a frustrating day into a great customer service experience.
James was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me out. It’s rare to find someone who takes that level of pride in their work and treats customers so well.
