Veronica, the store manager is always so helpful! Always come in for my Monsters and beer and she is on top of keeping things stocked! The rest of the team is also amazing! Martin and Sami always kill it with their customer service! Thank you for having such an incredible staff!

Store manager treats employees like garbage and plays favorites. Graveyard Shift employee Travis is rude to everyone and has horrible customer service skills.

Used the touchless mode on the car wash tonight. $12, not a bad deal. Only tonight, the horizontal sprayer bar ended up hitting the front of my car before raising. It wasn't a light tap either. Luckily I have a metal bumper so it didn't scratch. Dryers at the end have a 60 second timer, but turn off with 7 seconds left on the timer. Inside of washing area is very dirty and appears to have mold in some areas, needs a deep clean. Being one of two no touch washes in my area, this one I will avoid. Love this place, the employees are fun and full of smiles! They make you feel safe and knows the store very well. Took good care of me and showed me where things were! Great personalities! ??

I filed an incident report due to my vehicle being damaged in their automatic car wash and it has been over a month with no response. I went in in person a couple weeks ago and was told that the manager is busy and did not file my incident report yet. I have called multiple times and they don't pick up the phone. If I could rate it lower, I would. I have been to this station for years and have had no issues. This whole situation is very displeasing. Please reach out to me about my vehicles damage. It wasn't much damage, and it really shouldnt take this long to respond to such a small issue. (Update) I finally got a response and the damage has been resolved.

Horrible experience the car wash did not clean my car properly. The $10 dollar wash is a joke. I am dissatisfied with the owner, Manager and the Ryan cashier staff. Learn how to talk to customers take a public relation class. The owner should let the customers go back in the car wash if the car wash did not wash people cars right. Ryan was rude He stated his car wash was the best liar it's horrible and it's the worst Ryan. People Don't use the car wash here The car was not filthy and dirty and the car wash still didn't clean my vehicle properly. I was charged $10.00. Rip off. I Spoke to Ryan he told me I had to speak to a Mgr. Name Veronica. She wasn't there The car wash sucks he told me she'll was owned by Elk Grove. Liar it's circle K I wouldn't bring my enemies into this car wash. Horrible experience and I am telling my friends about how they treat their customers. If you blow up the window or expand it to see how dirty the window looks. I would like to have a response from the owner or the manager

The air fill station was broken. On the side of the machine it says it is CA law to provide free air, yet it doesn't turn on until you pay and only stays on long enough to fill one tire before you have to pay again. The nozzle leaked air and made my tire pressure even lower before I realized it was leaking.
