Not a fan This was a great company before they started putting young boy clothing in the young girls section. Not a fan of how they are grooming and confusing youth today. So with that being said we will not be shopping there anymore.

I always love target and will give them five stars, except the bathrooms are always disgusting. The bathrooms have always been subpar (which is the norm for most targets) but now that they have gotten rid of the paper, towel dispensers, and it is even worse. Since no one can dry their hands properly, there is water all over the floor, which then leads to wet muck all over the floor. The stalls seem to perpetually be out of toilet paper. Target is always more expensive than Walmart and usually more expensive than purchasing online, so you'd think they'd provide some paper towels and clean the bathrooms once in awhile.

My brother wanted his cellphone switched from Consumer Cellular onto my account on a different carrier. He's been trying to get his number transferred --ported, to my account.He contacted Consumer Cellular. They gave him the "transfer PIN code" so his phone number could be transferred to the new carrier. In the meantime, I'm spending hour after hour trying to get my brother's cell number transferred with no luck. Then I realized through internet research that they had failed to tell him that he would also need to "unlock" his phone to enable the new carrier's SIM card to work. I had to go online to figure out how to get the IMEI# of his cell phone so that he could contact Consumer Cellular...again, so they could give him an "unlock code" for his phone. During this entire attempt to get my brother's phone number transferred, Consumer Cellular was mostly unhelpful and rude. We've had to get two "transfer PIN codes" because the first one must have expired. And still they won't port my brother's phone number to the new carrier. Legally my brother has the right to take his number with him. And Consumer Cellular is doing everything it can not to let this happen. It's been 6 days trying to get this number ported, but they use every excuse in the book. I guess they try to punish their customers if they ever have the nerve to leave, and want to take their existing number with them. The account he is leaving is completely paid, and has no balance. And his phone is also completely paid off. Phone companies are required by law to port your number out when you start service with a new carrier. According to the FCC, a company can't refuse to port your number. I will definitely be reporting this matter to the FCC.How to file a complaint online at consumercomplaints.fcc.g…, and/or call them at 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322).I will tell everyone I know not to do business with Consumer Cellular. "Putting the CON--in Consumer Cellular," should be your company's motto.

To be honest, there wasn't much to write about except, there was some skeptical activity going on in the parking lot but the store was clean and it had everything I needed. I am not sure if it's a sacramento thing but the lighting in parking lots and on the streets is very bare. I am actually afraid to walk out at night..sketchy

I was having a good day doing my normal essential shopping at target. As I was leaving I notice the person doing cart duty ( believe his name was Eddie ) wasn't paying attention and hit my car with a cart as he was collecting them. It was very rude and he didn't even say sorry. Definitely not going back for a while. (Placer I'll location btw)

My sister and I visited this Target location a few months ago after my friend's baby shower. Compared to the Targets we normally visit, this Target location is well stocked with various items. Needless to say, we took our time browsing through the store to get what we needed and also to see what else they had. Customer service was great here. One of the staff members on the floor saw our confused look while trying to search for an item, so he stopped and asked if he could help us locate what we needed. Thankfully, he knew exactly what aisle our item was on. Once we were done, our cashier was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice Target to shop at, however, it's quite far from where we both live. I wouldn't mind shopping here again if we are ever back in the El Dorado Hills area.

I have a manufacturer's coupon from Duracell for up to $20. The coupon wouldn't scan stating "Target does not accept coupon" Overweight store manager had an attitude was bragging that Target's stock price was up 20% in past two days. He refused to honor the coupon because I was upset I had to go through three other employees before I spoke with him. It cost me half an hour. I'm on my way to the other box stores.

Valentine's Day 2022... I park and go I to ElDorado Hills Target. Come out to a smash n grab. My window broken and my purse gone... yes I know stupid me. The security came out and said they saw the whole thing and have pictures to prove it. WHAT why didn't you stop it scream at the guy! They even said it was done on Target property and they would reimburse me.... Uh yeah no they don't. They all say not their problem, not their property. Filed a police report and as I was doing so it happened again. They have no security on site. They have no signs saying anything, please be careful leaving your car in their parking lot. This is just an FYI for patrons of this store because they won't tell you.

Made a drive to El Dorado Hills location from Sacramento, Ca to pick up an order placed online- which when I arrived was notified by email that it was out of stock - however With the graciousness of a floor employe, Larry - he made some phone calls to other stores that supposedly had what I needed in stock but to not avail did he get a response. He went above and beyond.

Today I went to Target in search of Air Pods. As I was consulting the girl working there of my interest, she continuously tried to get me to purchase a cheaper (non apple) version. I explained to her that I wanted the apple branded air pods. She was very reluctant and when finally acknowledging that I wasn't going to change my mind, she was snarky to her male coworker about going to the back to get them. The male worker was busy all until he had a few second break and she then had him get the product I desired. I feel she was very lazy and did not want to do her job and it made me feel uncomfortable.

My wife was stopped at the checkout lane slightly after 7 PM April 3rd, 2021, and diverted to customer service. The tone was an accusation of theft. After everything scanned correctly at customer service, what I'd presume was loss prevention personnel quickly told her she was good to go, and rushed her out of the store with her merchandise, I presume to cover their mistake. Given the store clientele at the time was predominately white, and my wife is not, it coincidentally looks like racial profiling. Maybe avoid this particular store if you're black, hispanic, asian, arab etc. I've never seen anything like this, it was bizarre.
