“Great experience staying here! We booked last minute due to a snowstorm, and the staff was incredibly hospitable, accommodating, and understanding of the circumstances.
When we arrived, the elevator was temporarily out of service, and they generously moved us to a beautiful corner king suite with a jetted tub. My mother is a senior, so navigating the stairs was a bit challenging, but the room more than made up for the inconvenience. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and a wonderful surprise!
We truly appreciated how the staff handled everything and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable despite the unexpected circumstances. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—we would definitely stay here again!”
