It’s rare for me to experience first class service from an auto parts store.
Who would think?
Well, after entering the Advance Auto Store in El Monte and meeting Jasmine, the parts associate - I was sold on their EXCEPTIONAL STELLAR SERVICE!
After ordering 2 Die Hard batteries, Jasmine offered to install in my GMC Yukon.
I said, are you kidding?
I witnessed her, assemble her tools, remove the battery that I couldn’t lift, install the new battery, and Walla first start was beautiful!
Jasmine is a phenomenal associate for advance auto parts! Gracias!

I went everywhere to look for an auxiliary battery for my girlfriend’s car. Autozone didn’t have it nor did o’Reilly auto parts. Advanced auto parts was the only place that would order one for me. Sergio from this location provided superior service from the phone call, in person assistance, and even called me to let me know my battery had arrived. Furthermore, he even helped test my old battery because I was skeptical on whether I had to replace my old one. It turns out that it needed a replacement. I was skeptical because autozone had tested it and said it was still a good battery. I believe they didn’t set the battery tester to the correct setting. Luckily Sergio with his advanced knowledge of cars and tools was able to help me. He’s a lifesaver and I’ve converted from autozone to advanced auto for life.

I had gone to other locations looking for a part and everyone told me that they didn't have it, I arrived at this location and they were kind enough to help me look for the part and ordered it for me. I recommend this place. And more because they speak Spanish. Thank you Candy Brisa and Jessica for having the patience to help me.
