I had just gotten an overpriced estimate for simple air filters that my car needed. I came to Advanced Auto Parts to see if the parts would be more affordable there, and I received service that was both prompt and polite. The air filters were affordable, the associate who helped me, Manny, took the time to look up answers to the questions about my exact car model, and he even helped me put in the engine air filter immediately after I had purchased it. This is definitely going to be my go-to place when I need auto parts! Highly recommend!

Went to this location because they had the factory relay switch. We were looking for. We also needed to pick up some fuses when we got there. We asked the guy if he could look up on the computer to make sure we had made the right selection for our vehicle as much as he tried he was having a very hard time who I think was a manager was running around doing 100 things and wasn’t able to help us at the moment before getting frustrated and Leaving the store we asked if the manager could help us because the gentleman helping us was beyond his capabilities to be able to help us any further. The manager came over and helped us out and gave us all the information we needed and turn the situation around and we were able to leave with the products that we needed and also finding out the return policy that if we opened it and used it, we couldn’t return it but if we were to take the old fuse out and make sure that it was compatible with the one that was in the package or if it didn’t look anything like it we could return it, so 10 out of 10 would recommend stopping by and maybe talking to the manager or maybe the manager could help that gentleman out a little bit with different options for him to be able to look up the information.

Terrible customer service, been going to that pep boys / now advanced, back in the 90’s and it’s the worst it’s ever been , the employee culture , parts availability, no knowledge and they won’t even try , there more worried about getting drinks at the Starbucks across the parking lot , this place will keep going out of business if they dont train there staff. Avoid return ,, the manager won’t even get off her chair to help you.

Avoid- buying rotors or brake pads here. The Manager will not accept even a legitimate return. Got the DM involved, he too after couples emails will stop responding. I had to get the Vice President of Operations involved to get my money back. Still no remorse... They are coached to refuse returns until the customer eother gives up or foghts hard to get his money back.You don't believe me... Suit yourself.
