Why do over half of your locations never have hot food available? It's 1:30 PM and nothing available. This is why I usually go to 7 11. And no restrooms for your customers to use. California law states restrooms must be provided as you are located next to an interstate.
On and after January 1, 1990, every service station in this state located within 660 feet of an accessible right-of-way of an interstate or primary highway, as defined in Sections 5215 and 5220, shall provide, during business hours public restrooms for use by its customers. Service stations shall not charge customers separately for the use of restroom facilities.

Not open 24 hrs. Maybe the staff was cleaning. But i was hungry and they weren't open. I was very disappointed and hungry

I've been coming by over the last 3 years so I guess you can consider me a regular customer. I stop by in the mornings for their freshly brewed coffee and warm breakfast sandwiches. Customer service is always great and they greet me with a smile and good morning! Oh and they have an awesome touch less car wash.

So this happened at 9:20pm it's not even late the doors are lock there's an employee working inside mopping the floors ok cool right but instead of coming to the window to help she continues to mop ok I guess right it's not the first time this happens others people started coming to get in line cause they also needed to get gas I actually took a vid but I can't post it cause it's only pics. If she's scared to work nights maybe get someone else cause it was like 3-4 people in line and we all left cause she didn't want to even go to the window

I stopped at ARCO at 9824 Flair Dr. on the way home from work at 4am. First the pump declined twice, so I went to the cashier. He said the pumps won't read credit and it has to be done in-store but they charge $1 for credit transactions. So I asked for $100 worth of fuel, he runs the transaction and hands me a receipt to sign. The receipt he hands me says $1101.00. I told him the amount is incorrect. He cancels the transaction and hands me a void receipt. The void only says $100 though. He reruns the card for $100 (no $1 transaction fee). I pump the gas, pump doesn't print the receipt. Go back to the cashier, he prints out a duplicate. Can you say SHADY with a capital SHADY? I will definitely be watching my credit card statement and will never go to this gas station again!

over charges for chips confronted the cashier and said something completely different and had no idea what i was talking about also puts the food prices on different items so when you go to the counter and buy it the prices are different

Great and convenient location, right off the freeway. Gas is always cheaper than most gas stations. Clean and organized inside, hot food is always stocked. They got a car wash there, it isn't the best robo-car wash, but its great for a quick clean and saves you 20 cents on gas. On some days, I think weekends, there's an attendant that does free drying after you wash. I'm here a lot and everything is great about this location EXCEPT... there's this older petite Asian cashier named Nina that ALWAYS shorts my coins, the pennies. I know it sounds petty and it's petty to ask for my 2 cents change, but it's pretty freaking annoying when she does it EVERY SINGLE time. If she does that to me, I wonder how many other customers she shorts the change on. Once or twice, I don't mind, but she doesn't even acknowledge it. Like tell me you don't have change to give back or something. This is practically STEALING from your customer, regardless of the monetary value. This is the sole reason for the 2 star. I will be filing a complaint to corporate.

I work close by and sometimes on my breaks I'll walk there and get stuff. The staff is very friendly. I do notice that on food items they don't show taxes charged on the receipt, but they charge the item higher than what the shelf is showing it for. For example I bought 3 pack of zingers that had $2.29 showing on the shelf sale price. When I went to pay I was charged $2.59 + $0.35 for using debit. Shady Stuff going on. I will send my complaint to the BBB and see what they say..........

They provided it great service , they were fast and friendly. The manager was very patience when I was taking long to pay do to my children. I was surprised to find out they take credit card now to pay.

Saw that this station had a touchless car wash service so I stopped by during my lunch break. There was a line of 2-3 cars in front of me, no big deal. Got up to the machine that operates the wash, only to be greeted by a small printed piece of paper that read, "please pay at the pump or inside." Normally that wouldn't be such an issue if they had signs BEFORE you get in line notifying that payment must be made elsewhere. Still, I swallowed my frustration and went to a pump to pay for the wash. The card reader wasn't working. Livid. Only option left was to physically go into the store. Too frustrated at this point, got in my car and left.
