Big 5 Sporting Goods is a traditional sporting goods store offering a full line of products. It carries athletic shoes, apparel, accessories, and equipment for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting, fishing, and other recreation. The store has a good atmosphere with friendly staff who answer questions, help with orders, and provide great service. They offer a lot of discounts on equipment and shoes. While it is a smaller store, it typically has what customers need, checkout is fast, and the store is not crowded. Customers appreciate the ability to return or exchange items.
This is one of the few Big 5 stores that has good customer service; Employees are always willing to help you find what you are looking for and if they do not have the merchandise you need, they gladly help you locate a store where they do have that merchandise in existence.
