I want to start off by stating that I never leave reviews, but this review deserved to be written. I had 7 days to get together a bryndis set for a sweet 15, and NOOONE in NJ would help me because of the time frame, and I was recommended to Bona Imports, Julio from bona imports helped me with the base I needed and sent it to me made sure it got to me in time and took his time to explain everything I needed to know. I Want to say thank-you and PLEASE ORDER FROM HERE. I was having a panic attack because of the last minute situation, but Costumer service is amazing and they are very helpful and understanding. Also it's helping small businesses. They also gave me hints on how to decorate it and thats the final product thanks to them.

It's really hard to get hold of the owner. And he never says when he's going to open. His website isn't accurate about it been open M-F. He doesn't respond back. i have text message him & left voice messages and nothing.

Went above and beyond to make sure I had all my decorations on time and the designed I needed. Will definitely use them for all my party needs.

I am extremely delighted with this company. My daughter's 15th birthday was approaching and I was stressed because I had no idea about the decoration theme for her party. The super creative employees gave me several options and samples. The delivery of the work was on time, we were in communication to verify and agree on details, doubts or changes to the order. 100% recommended.
