So my daughter got lice! I rushed to CVS, it was late I usually go to Walgreens, CVS was open later and closer to me. Anyways, I'm in the pharmacy area looking for lice shampoo. I walk down all the isle , passing an employee who is stocking shelves on isle 16. I couldn't find it, so I circled back to the employee . I said "excuse me" and she just looked at me with an annoyed face, and didn't say anything. I asked, what isle is the lice shampoo, she responded isle 15, right on the other side. So I went around, looking closely at all the items. She then is on the same isle as me, sees me still searching, and doesn't offer any help. At this point, I was giving up, clearly it wasn't there. As I'm about to leave, I figured I'd look in the shampoo section, and there it was locked in a cabinet, so I press the red button to have it unlocked. The SAME employee walked up with the keys, and said " do you need something?". I was so frustrated at this point. I said yes, the lice shampoo that you said was on isle 15. She wasn't apologetic either.

Doc called in meds at this store in error., thought I'd try it again...Worst px cust service ever. Said script will be ready n 25 min. 25 min later they nd to place order., I Stood n line again To tell me until tomorw . Why could they not have just told me that in the beginning. Now I know why I changed stores .,

Don't go to this CVS if you're looking for any Hello Kitty merchandise!!!! I seen 2 Hello kitty plushies/blankets in the managers office and when i asked Manager ((if i remember correct)) Michelle (older lady with black hair) if they were selling those she stated "THEY'RE OURS!" with the a bad attitude. When I asked if they're allowed to purchase merchandise before CUSTOMERS she said "Yea, they are ours, we bought them!"! When i asked for her name because I was going to call Corporate to ask she gave me her name and with the worse attitude ever said.. "We can't sell them anyways... That's Valentines Merch!" I called corporate and they said it's up to each store if employees can purchase before customers. That manager was rude when when she was caught in a lie she made up another lie to cover her a$$! I'll take my prescriptions and money to the South El Monte CVS.

Horrible customer service. Why answer the phone at all if you're going to put us on hold for half an hour, and your sighs aren't silent. Get a different job if you hate working there so much... your customers shouldn't have to deal with your misery.

Reviews are bad for a reason. Pharmacy average wait times are 2 hours. I even asked if I could wait hoping that it would be expedited, but only response I got from Karla (pharmacy technician) was "you'll be waiting a few hours". This is a classic sign of a bad pharmacy. If you can help someone that is physically standing in front of you then you shouldn't be a pharmacy.

Customer service trainings are needed. The employees are rude when ringing up customers. There's this one lady that looked hungover and was very rude to my mother. It's quite simple, if you don't like your job, quit.

I'll start off by saying CVS is always my go to place I shop here almost every other day. Used to be the Pasadena location but moved to El Monte over a year ago so this is the nearest location to me. Since day one MERCEDICE THE supervisor he always been rude but I always brushed it off because I'm just here to grab and go.. 6 days ago I perchases a CVS BRAND BENGAY and it was defected extremely runny I never save my receipts because I never return anything. I was busy working so didn't have time to come exchange it finally today I stopped by and JAZMIN told me I needed a receipt to exchange it I asked if she would grab a supervisor she went to the office came back and told me MERCEDICE said no that I needed the receipt. I went to my car and looked up CVS NO RECIPT POLICY and it clearly stated they offer 100% customer satisfaction exchange or returns within 60 days.. so I went back and asked if they could call her so I could speak with her to show her the CVS POLICY Also I always use my phone number when purchasing .. she refused to come out and told Jazmin to tell me to come back when the store manager is there.. like what ? Isn't the role of a supervisor to handle customer satisfaction while the manager is not there ? Shes a supervisor but doesn't even have the knowledge to do a simple exchange ? What is her purpose of being a supervisor then? She doesn't even know the companies policies. She honestly should not have this position if she cannot even provide the number one company policy CUSTOMER SERVICE nonetheless handling a simple exchange.. like the company is paying you FOR WHAT !???!!??!

I have no idea why is some urgent patients needs their medicine and this freaking pharmacy will tells you come back tomorrow get it. Even I said can I try to call my doctor rush them. The pharmacy lady still said that's how they process the medicine ,patient still have to wait. I was wondering if the patient can't get their medicine in time and the DX getting worse. Who's responsibility it's gonna be . Ever seen A unprofessional pharmacy like this. Can't believe they are C-V-S!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Discriminatory "employees" who upheld communist so called "mandates" which are a direct violation of Human Rights and Natural Law. "Mandates" are NOT law. Do not go to this location if you enjoy your health by wanting to breath in fresh air as opposed to breathing your own waste. Do not go here if you enjoy being a free man or woman with rights. Here, you have none.

It's extremely bad experience. I come and ask for vaccine. Although I do not finish my words, he says 10 o'clock okay? It's rude. I also see a lady with her granddaughter must leave because they can't get the description here. I wonder how can he have a job with that attitude. Don't waste your time here.

Stay away from this CVS pharmacy, the ladies working the pharmacy gave my mom only half her prescription and when she noticed she insisted it was supposed to be two bottles of two different things, the lady at the counter got mad and insisted that it was only one, after a few more times of my mom insisting she said ah ok I see, wait 5 minutes and gave my mom the second bottle, when my mom got home she checked the amount and there was 5 pills missing, she gave her less than the amount the prescription and the bottle said, I don't know if they do this intensionally or what, other than HORRIBLE customer service they don't fill the correct amount of medicine so BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

All I can say is always so SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW no matter which day you are going there. Pharmacy's system is suck that the worker ALWAYS take tons of typing in order to enter their customer's prescription at least average 5-8 minutes per person. Plus the CVS check out counter always understaffed with only one counter open even with a total 3 persons standing right behind the counter.. Not too sure why they are keep chatting & keep looking at customers inline.

This pharmacy should be shut down. They made a major mistake in filling my prescription. The only reason I knew was because she mentioned it was for a certain part of my body. Not even! Stay away. They might kill you!!! Service is bad. They are too busy talking and not paying attention. Go somewhere else. Not worth the risk!
