The worst CVS pharmacy ever. This is not the first time I am having issue with this location and I finally have to drop a review. They come up with some reasons whenever your prescription is not ready as they guaranteed over the phone, different staff giving you different excuse. Now they are giving the reason not to support this CVS neighborhood eventhough I’ve been in this neighborhood and being their customer for more than 10 years. Im so disappointed. Giving zero star if i could.

I been going there for many years. They been friendly. Especially Sandra she's has good customer service. I know lines can be long at some point, but there is that one customer's, that would complaint & be so rude. I give them 5 star.

So my daughter got lice! I rushed to CVS, it was late I usually go to Walgreens, CVS was open later and closer to me. Anyways, I'm in the pharmacy area looking for lice shampoo. I walk down all the isle , passing an employee who is stocking shelves on isle 16. I couldn't find it, so I circled back to the employee . I said "excuse me" and she just looked at me with an annoyed face, and didn't say anything. I asked, what isle is the lice shampoo, she responded isle 15, right on the other side. So I went around, looking closely at all the items. She then is on the same isle as me, sees me still searching, and doesn't offer any help. At this point, I was giving up, clearly it wasn't there. As I'm about to leave, I figured I'd look in the shampoo section, and there it was locked in a cabinet, so I press the red button to have it unlocked. The SAME employee walked up with the keys, and said " do you need something?". I was so frustrated at this point. I said yes, the lice shampoo that you said was on isle 15. She wasn't apologetic either.

There's no self check out and cashier Sandra used my extrabucks without asking. She had already finished the transaction by the time I clarified I was going to use the 5 extrabucks and not the ten. I didn't even get a chance to reach for my 5 extrabucks coupon. She couldn't cancel the transaction as I wouldn't get back the same amount I lost. Thanks Sandra.
