Dropped off a pre-paid package on a Thursday evening. It did not see a truck till Tuesday. What should have been 3-4 day ground took 9 days.

I came here trying to get assistance with an international gift shipment but was treated extremely poorly. They told me a bunch of terms or codes I needed for an international shipment and I had no idea what any of it meant, they did not want to explain or elaborate at all and throughout the whole process they were just extremely rude. I came here because I couldn’t understand everything that was needed online and walked out feeling judged. I would not recommend coming to this location for assistance especially with my experience with Melina, just unprofessional and rude.

Nely and Christian were supper supportive, they million dollars staffs. I was a very satisfied and happy customer. They deserved more than 5 stars. FedEx sample employees.

I had a terrible experience at this location due to the staff’s unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service. This was my first visit at 6:30 PM to drop off a package, with no one else in line. There were two registers open, but one worker was too busy chatting with a coworker, and the other, Mariela, just stared blankly at her screen, completely ignoring me standing right in front of her.
Since I needed a label, I asked Mariela if she was available to assist. Instead of helping, she impatiently directed me to the self-service kiosk for a label. Her dismissive attitude was infuriating. When I confronted her about her attitude, she told me, “All my customers know to use the self-service printer for labels.” Excuse me? How was I supposed to know that as someone who rarely visits this location?
Regardless, there’s no excuse for being rude to a customer. A little guidance and kindness go a long way, but Mariela seemed more interested in being condescending. Good luck to Mariela with your career, you’ll need it with that attitude.

Attitude much lol. I was directed to the self service box to drop off, I was struggling, instead of explaining, they started giving me attitude for not knowing how to use the machine lol

This was a rare experience. I brought 25 packages of different sizes. They only accepted my small packages and refused to accept my large packages. They forced me to move them back to my car. They also told me that I needed to contact customer service to pick up instead of sending them to their shipping center. They explained to me that there was no space for all my packages. But I could see that they had a lot of space.And they still receiving other packages when they Refused my package.

To have a good experience, I suggest to AVOID this location.
During my visit, the Assistant Manager Nadia kept pressuring me to purchase additional packaging materials rather than helping me complete my shipment. I was there to return a merchandise I purchased and brought in a small box with a return label, ready to be shipped. According to the return policy of the brand I purchased from, this is exactly what I should do and a FedEx staff will help me with the shipping. However, Nadia said per FedEx’s policy, NO space is allowed in an even tiny box like mine. When I requested to see this policy, she cannot show me such thing and accused me of being rude and refused to provide the service. I don’t understand how requesting to see a policy can be considered rude if there is one. If you don’t want to be treated badly by unprofessional and offensive staff and forced to buy something you don’t need, AVOID this location.

Very bad customer service. Ask for my name, when I spell it out (because my name is not a common American name), the lady replied: just say your name. I cannot understand spelling. Okay fine, then I say my name, she cannot find my order since she doesn’t know that pronunciation. Now she asked me spell it out?? Excuse me? Why not writing down the first time when I was trying to help. ?

No one sent a package to my friend. Just leave it at this office, and guess what, I need to show an ID as the same as the address for pickup,BS place.

An exceptional team at this FedEx Location. Very professional and courteous. I can always expect the best when I visit this location for my shipping and printing needs. Nelly assisted me with my order and was transparent with the progress and changes, which I truly appreciated. Her team kept me updated with any changes and updates and was able to exceed my expectations. I use this location quite often for my business and I am always happy with their service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I especially appreciate their ability to execute all of my orders seamlessly without any issues. If there is a location that will go above and beyond, it's always this location on Flair Drive.
