“I highly recommend this place! Jesse was super nice, accommodating, and honest!!! I wanted to order a triangle pennant from a baseball season that my son's team didn't order it that season. I was willing to pay extra just to have the pennant! He told me that he had an order of the triangle pennant for another team and could print my order with that order, so he'll charge me the normal price! He could have made extra money off me, but he didn't. So highly recommend!!! Also, the pennants always come out excellent!”

I knew it was LAST minute, but still searched and called several Printing Shops and came across AGNS. I wasn’t expecting much, but Dean heard me out and went above and beyond to help. He was out on his last delivery that night (8:00 pm) but came back to his shop to work on my son’s shirt. I can’t thank him enough for doing that for us and highly recommend him to anyone who needs GREAT service and good quality work!”

“Found this local gem on Yelp of course! Needed some shirts/hoodies with our logo made for our business and wanted to #supportlocal. From start to finish, my experience was flawless thanks to Erica and her team!! Phenomenal customer service skills here at FSP! I brought in my shirts and hoodie that I wanted our logo printed on - but they also have all sorts of items that you can order through them for printing as well. Erica made it so easy too!! I briefly explained to her the look I was going for - sort of vintage style lettering and what I wanted it to say etc. And then all I had to do was email her a high res copy of our logo. Within no time, Erica emailed me an example of what it would look like and it was PERFECT!! Exactly what I wanted right on the first try!! I was so thrilled with what she designed! And she's extremely responsive via phone and email. They always answer calls right away and respond to emails immediately it seems like! What a way to do business! There was a slight issue with the vinyl material (not at all the fault of FSP)- but Erica contacted me right away and gave me plenty of options - if I went with a more stiff kind of vinyl I could still meet my order pickup date, OR I could opt to wait for the much softer, higher quality vinyl to come in. Erica did a great job of fully explaining to me the differences in the products - so I opted to wait for the higher quality material and I'm so glad I did! The finished product is just what I was hoping for! It came out amazing! Decent quality, nice and soft, very pliable, moves well while wearing, very clear picture, AND it held up very well after the first wash so far! Their prices are extremely reasonable as well! My whole order of 3 shirts and a hoodie with front and back quality vinyl printing was less than $100!! They also do larger orders and I believe it gives you more of a discount on each item. They also have my designs saved in their system now - so when I'm ready for more it'll be so fast and easy!! Next time we're going to do some hats and backpacks too! They have plenty of parking and their location is super easy to find, very near Old Town Monrovia. Currently they have you wait outside and call their phone number for service due to Covid and they have a small office...but like I said, they answer all their calls right away - so I never had to wait at all! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Thanks so so much to Erica and her awesome team!! We will DEFINITELY be back!”
