“Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.

“Great Black Friday deals, and we picked up a beautiful Christmas tree and wreath today (for an amazing price too!). Parking was a bit busy, but as long as you stay calm and not rushed you'll have a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the kindest, holiday spirited team at Home Depot and in the holiday tree area. The staff really knew their stuff about Christmas trees - I believe the tree team was also from ICI Trees. Don't forget the free clippings and hot chocolate. Our 17 month old had so much fun checking out the trees and picking out ours. Happy holidays everyone!”

“When I go to the Home Depot I always go through the Garden Center because Maria the cashier always welcome you. When I am ready to check out, I go to her and she is so patient and helpful. She even remembers things you spoke to her that had happened to you as asks how things are going now. She makes you feel as if you are the most important customer i the store. “Today I went in with my boyfriend to make him his set of keys for the house so he can have his own. We asked a worker in front where do we go make the keys I didn't get his name but he told us. We went to the kiosk and here comes the district manager Richard asking us if we need help. We said yes. He made 4 keys for us today. He was so friendly and helpful. He even got our names and shook our hands. He made the visit very helpful. Thank you to district manager Richard!”
