I had a very good experience with Julie Duong in the pass years. She’s a very knowledgeable social worker that i have been working with. She’s kind to explain all the questions I needed in order to be good serve as a IHSS worker. She was on time all the time she visited. I would like to recommend her service.

Ms. Julie Doung was very helpful. She is very professional and always offer her help to people and been handling my case. She patiently reviewed all my documents and instructed me to complete all forms. She's definitely one of the best workers at the El Monte office.
