Terrible Experience - Misleading Product Information and Poor Customer Service
I purchased the "No Drill Bumper Tow Hook License Plate Mounting Bracket" for my 2022 Audi Q3 from iJDMToy, expecting it to fit as advertised on their website (it claims to fit 2019 and up Audi Q3 models). However, the part I received didn't fit my car at all—the size and thread were completely wrong.
After emailing their support team and providing the requested pictures, they sent me another bracket to try. While it was the right size this time, the thread was still incorrect, rendering the part useless. When I contacted them again, they told me they couldn't help me anymore because I was outside the return window, and they didn't have a part that would fit my car.
So, they're selling a product that claims to be compatible with my car, but it clearly isn't, and they haven't even tested it to ensure it works. Now I'm stuck with a part I can't use, and to make matters worse, the incorrect product is still listed on their website. Extremely disappointed with iJDMToy and their misleading advertising—save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Pick your poison.
Substandard product, or terrible customer service.
Either way they won’t stand behind their product.
Bought a set of rear tail lights for a 2007 corvette in 2/2023.
Installed them in March.
They lasted 4 months before the hyper flash melted and fell apart on 2 of them.
Bought on Amazon just like I buy many parts for my customers.
Contacted the customer service number on the packing list from the box. They no longer take customer or support phone calls. You must email them.
So, I go on my Amazon account and send them a message.
They respond that the warranty is 3 months and you’re out of luck, sorry.
The lights lasted 4 months before the hyper flash melted.
Keep in mind, this is FOUR separate lights all in different positions. 2 of them failed.
The charging system has been tested with no issues.
The lights just failed. They won’t stand behind it.
Will never buy another item from this company with Chinese parts. Just cheap.
Go with another brand (Morimoto). At least they carry a 1 year warranty.
PS, because I am a high volume Amazon customer, AMAZON refunded the price because they were embarrassed by the companies response. They apologized on behalf of IJdm, even though the company itself wouldn’t stand behind their product.
For those that bought items from this company and are not high volume customers, you would be out of luck with these cheap products. From the reviews I’ve read on Amazon and EBay, I think they count on the resellers guarantee to cover the cheap products they sell and won’t stand behind. Think about it. Go read the reviews on eBay and Amazon on this company. I wish I did before purchasing this product.

Sent an email to dispute poor quality products from this company. I have bought 2 separate rear bumper reflectors that feed off your taillights. Not once, but TWICE I’ve had to replace the poorly designed, bad quality products. They stay illuminated for about 4-6 months and go out. Waste of time and money! Just an FYI, I work in the maintenance department and I am a continuous improvement black belt in lean six sigma. I have enough education and ethical business background to professionally say, this business is a complete rip off. See pictures attached. If you buy from them, good luck. They don’t care about their customers. Buy from someone else!

Paid cash for some taillights in person at their location. They didn’t fit flush with my vehicle so I brought them back to be returned. They took the taillights and accepted them as a return but told me they didn’t have the cash to give me back for my original form of payment, they offered me a check or PayPal, both of which would not work for me. They keep stalling and trying to buy more time. They told me come back in a week and they will give me my cash. Haha what a joke. I don’t even have the product anymore and I drove 45 minutes, and now I have to drive back a week later when they have the cash ready? Seems like a scam to me.

Ordered a third brake light for my Frontier. Website clearly states it fit my year and model but when I went to do the install it was not plug and play. Contacted customer service and they confirmed the part does not fit and they don't have an alternative. However they now want me to pay shipping and a restocking fee because I relied on incorrect info they put on their site. So longer story short, buyer beware here.

Don't buy from this seller. Terrible connectors. EBay china quality. Save your money and buy from Amazon at least. These guys don't care. Not great on returns

DO NOT BUY...Retro 3-Color Stripe Grille Badge Emblem w/No Removal Required Toggle Anchor Bolts, For Toyota Tacoma This is a cheap, thin, flexible plastic with drywall toggle bolts. When you secure the plastic it bends inside the grill, and the bolt heads stick out preventing the emblem from securing tightly. Poor quality product.

WORST! Dont ever think about buying here again! If your order came what is expected, well then good for you. For me, I ordered for a fog lights, “White”. But when my order came, Damn!! It is halogen lights.. and the WORST part is!! They dont have a contact number to reach them, even on emails they are not responding..

Bought decoders that burnt up my relay. They won’t respond on how I return the product. Beware of buying from these people.
