DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.1.Very shady people.2.disrespectful3.UnreliableThis is the type of person that doesn’t care about what you end up with as long as he makes his money as other reviews mentioned. Zero integrity. And absolutely zero business experience. One dmv inspection visit to their office and they will go out of business.

Wow ok I thought I seen it all but this place trumped it all in case of how bad a dealership can be, or how bad Jerry is as a person. My parents got in an accident and the car was totalled, and the insurance company gave them almost nothing so it's difficult finding a cheap car in a hurry.I am helping them out with the car selection since they have a language barrier. This dealer has a couple of fair priced reliable cars that I was interested in, used lexus and toyotas. I passed by the dealer lot to find that they are by appointment only due to Covid-19,which I totally get. So I called Jerry to schedule an appointment to see it the next day. On the phone he said the price is non negotiable, which I thought ok noted. Then he started asking a lot of random questions like where are you from (ethnically), do you know a lot about cars? do you speak other languages etc. I understand this area has a high concentration of asian population, so I thought maybe he likes to deal with asians for some reason so I never think twice. Then I asked if I can have my mechanic of over 15 years to do a quick inspection on the car,and they have a shop that's 1.5 miles away from this dealer. Jerry said no, he's afraid of mechanics damaging his car etc. whatever, but you are welcome to bring the mechanic here.I then scheduled the appointment the next day to see the car. I called my mechanic offering him 2 hours of labor to go with him, to which he refused. And I understand. They have to manage a shop and going to see a car at a dealer with no tools or lift doesnt help much.So I decided to do my own inspection by bringing a code reader and a checklist of stuff that I want to go through.I arrived at the dealer lot, the car has not been moved or washed. All the cars were covered with dust.I can see past all these coz there's a pandemic going on, I get it.I started going through my checklist, Jerry was standing nearby and said "wow u are very detailed".I thought well because you didnt let me bring my mechanic, I gotta do my own diligence to make sure my parents dont end up with a ticking time bomb, correct? There's so much dust so I did a quick dry cough, and the guy was like "are you feeling ok? if you are not feeling ok I cant show you the car". I said dont be paranoid, it's a warm and dusty day that's all. Short time later he said "u know even if you want the car right now I cant sell it to you, I just got it at the auction so I dont have the title". I replied that's fine, I am just seeing if the car is what I want. Whenever you get the title,if this is the car I will wait for it.I havent even get through half the car before this guy decided to lock the car and went into the office. I then asked him to open the car up because I have to check the interiors, he said no he cant show the car because he has no title? And that's when I blew my fuse. This ignorant guy wasted 2 days of my time making an appointment, and didnt even make an effort to show the car.The car's not washed, it's not moved, and all the while asking random and strange questions or kept returning calls next to me like he has a lot of customers.I am not a mechanic, but after owning a dozen cars in the past decade I know some basics of what to look for.And I can look past a dirty car,or if you just got it from auction I dont mind, I just want to inspect the condition of the car to see if it's a good buy for my parents, and this fucker for whatever reason, whether he's insecure about selling a lemon, or he has no idea about the car since he just got it from auction, or maybe he thinks it's not worth his time because it's a cheap car, made an arrangement for me to go see it and then wont show me the car when I didnt do anything wrong to him, is absolutely disrespectful. It's totally fine if he doesnt want to sell the car for whatever reason; maybe he's selling it too cheap? maybe he know it has issues and he doesnt want me to go back to him? or maybe he wants a dumbass to just gi

Buyers beware my son bought a car from Jemax Auto a few years ago and it was a terrible experience and investment. First of all this guy does not do the standard safety inspection required by all dealerships prior to selling his cars. He allowed my son to drive off the lot with no brakes and we had the car inspected by Pepboys and the car was in such bad shape PepBoys refused service it and suggested to return it back to the dealership we purchased from and get our money back of possible. So, Therefore I took it to our Local Mechanic for a second opinion we found that the car needed so many things to name...oil leaks, oil change, battery, serpentine and other belts, transmission service, air-conditioning service, spark plugs, all the fluids were dirty and looks like they have never been changed, brakes worn down into the rotors, complete front and back suspension work and the biggest expense of all after all the work was done was a New Transmission! What a nightmare purchase! Jerry business owner also stated to us as he stated to others in there reviews reverting back to his purchase order and his as is policy and we were also unable get our money backfor the purchase and or repairs! I am so shocked that he is still doing business today and has not been shut down by the BBB from this shady business he's running ripping people off and selling unsafe project cars....Buyers please be mindful if you do not want to rebuild a car or spend money on costly repairs please save your time and money and do not purchase from this shade tree dealership. ****BUYERS DON'T DO IT!!!!!****

Just Stay Away from Jemax.

Just Stay Away from Jemax. If you are on the hunt for a used, dependable vehicle, DO NOT add this place to your list. We were victims of the "nice dealer-gotcha" motive. Jerry is really a nice guy, and we fell in love with a nice Corolla he had on the lot. Test drove it, and all was well. We purchased the vehicle and it was working great until 2 weeks later, the check engine light came on. No biggie, i changed the spark plugs, but still had an issue. Before i would replace anything else, i took it to our mechanic (who we trust and knows his stuff), and gave us the news nobody wants to hear. The engine had to be replaced. Turns out the last owner of the Corolla never changed their oil, nor maintained it well. Air compression was too low, etc. Cost of the repair would be at least $2k. I called Jerry to at least help us with the cost of repairs, only to be reminded we signed the "As-Is" form. I was aware of this, and was only hoping he can help us somehow; but all he did was give useless advice and express his disagreement with an experienced mechanic. We wanted to figure out how we can take action to get our money back, but all avenues lead to dead-ends. Jerry can be nice to customers, but he will only be nice long enough for you to sign those As-Is forms. Prevent yourself from any potential expensive repairs, drama, etc, and AVOID JEMAX AT ALL COST.
