I'm not sure what has happened to this store...The new pm supervisor has to either know someone or something along those lines because he is an idiot, from being condescending to doing things backwards.
I know 1 customer lost is no big deal but I for one will be shopping at Petsmart or Super Pets from here on out...costs a little bit more but they don't do things backwards nor are they condescending and blatantly rude to customers.
No need to reply as I am done with this store completely.

The staff was nice and helped me find the perfect collar for my retriever! They even showed me how to use their custom engraving machine! Excellent customer service!

Great store. I just feel bad for the cats that need to be adopted poor babies. If your able to take a cat home, please adopt them they deserve a loving home.
