Have been coming to Longo and will continue to do so. Highly recommend doing servicing with Michael. Him and David (foreman) are always there to ensure that quality work is done and any issues I have are addressed as quickly as possible. They were kind enough to take the time performing a road test with me so that I could make sure my car was aligned and any pulling I felt was taken care of.

If you’re in the market for a Lexus, do yourself a favor and talk to Jorge Alvarez at Longo Lexus. I was very pleased with the entire car buying process. The delivery was seamless with Johnathan driving the car to us in Thousand Oaks, handling the paperwork and showing us how features on the car worked. Great experience.
