Metro had an ad for a free tablet. I ordered the service, but they said I must pay 75 dollars for the table, which was advertised as free. My assistant went in for me, so he paid for it. I called the store, who said I had to wait for an email so I could get the money back, but the email never came. I lost the tablet and went in to cancel the service, but they refused and then said that I missed the email to get my money back, so they would not refund nor would they refund the month that they charged me after I reported it missing. NOW I WILL HAVE TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO SUE THEM.

A lady named Angela just tried to rip me off but i caught her. She then lowered the price. She first quoted me at $128 with "taxes amd everything." Then she said it was $198!!! I called her out on it and she said its $142 after all.

Worst experience, waited for almost an hour. Some supervisor named Randy never bothered to have someone assist me, I guess lunch break was more important. Walked away with nothing being resolved!

So I had to visit this Metro PCS specifically because I made the big mistake of buying and iPhone here for my 15 year old son. The phone was still under warranty and was very difficult to charge. It was also acting clitchy. I had already visited a different Metro PCS and was given the excuse that the phone jack was dirty and that we needed to run the most recent update. So we took care of these suggestions and came to this store for more help because nothing worked. We were helped by Ana who told us the same thing. I told her we already addressed those issues and we were still having problems. She verified that the phone was still under warranty, checked the phone out and verified that the phone must the criteria for a warranty exchange. She then told me that I heard to pay a $15 shopping fee but the phone could only be shipped to the store. What?! I told that wasn't cool. That I had already been inconvenienced twice and now I would have to come again to pick up the phone and pay. Ugh!! When I was telling her this she cut me off and said I could go to the Apple store if I didn't like this. Wow!!!!

Me and fiancé had a very great experience at this location. We were able to come across a rep named Stephanie. Stephanie was amazing she helped us so much she is knowledgeable and patient and very understanding. She was a pleasure to help us. Stephanie your great!!!!
