The drive thru experience needs to be improved. It takes way too long. There is still a covid testing line and a separate line for pickup of orders. Yet the pickup for orders had five cars waiting and in that entire time waiting not one car ever went to the covid testing line. The staff could have utilized that line as well and shortened the time we had to wait and assist the customers. Just ridiculous.

This cvs is like all self service. I came here to pickup contact eye drops but it was locked behind a cage. I rang the service button four times for someone to even come up to us and say give me a second to have to wait another ten minutes to actually be helped. Bruh took me 25 minutes to pickup an item because it was behind the cage. Was funny too because you hear everyone in the pharmacy chit chatting and having a great time. It's sad because this location seems quite understaffed and the service is no where to be found. Still has great items though haha.

The store is really stuffy but decently stocked and clean. The staff are very nice. Huge shout-out to Alexus who has the patience of a saint. She tried to ting up this lady's transaction four times while my boyfriend and I tried to navigate which of her medical benefits cards could be used and how to use them. She dealt with yhe impatient and rude man waiting in line very well.

The pharmacists here are friendly and incredibly helpful. Very patient as well and are willing to answer your questions. I've been to multiple CVS pharmacies and this one has the nicest pharmacists. I had to get my Tretinoin represcribed here but my insurance changed so the cost of the prescription was more than what I used to pay. The pharmacist that was at the pick up station helped me get a discount to lower the cost of the medication.

I called for a prescription refill and the girl who answered the phone at the pharmacy was rude and was bothered when I asked her question. Horrible customer service.

Love writing reviews on the stores thst need to be recognized for their good business and how they treat people when they're using coupons.. This young girl Michelle, help.me on what coupons I can use and what was not for my coupons In these tough times every penny counts and CVS has the best deals and best customers service..Happy customer

I paid for photos online , when I went to pick up some heavy set girl with short black hair and glasses said I had to pay for them. Even tho the receipt on the photo envelope itself says paid for online. She acted the whole time like I just didn't want to pay for them, saying I claimed to have paid for them online. When I called to complain about her the manager just tried to plead a case for the photos but had nothing to say about her behavior I work in retail...I know what it's like. I even offered to pay for them again but she just rudely said have a good day twice as if i was in the wrong. She didn't let me talk and when I showed her proof that I did pay for them she still acted like I was trying to steal 3 dollars worth of prints. DO NOT GO HERE

I needed to use the restroom urgently. I walked in and once I found the restroom I discover that I would need a key. The pharmacy was located next to the restroom so I approached the guy on the register (average height, thin guy with dark hair) I asked him for a key. He answered you need to go back to the front and ask someone up there. Once I made it to the front I asked the young lady (cashier) she was fast and on point to page someone to let me in. The cashier at the pharmacy had the same capability. But instead he decided to send me on a rat race! I decided to complaint to the manager of the pharmacy Lisa, and the 1st words out of her mouth were, he was busy! When I approached him there were no other customers around. The surveillance footage would support this. Instead of directly addressing it or showing any care, concern or empathy. She created an excuse! You are only as good as your leadership. The saddest part about it is she's a women also! Smh I explained to her that he should've treated me like he would've wanted someone to treat the women in his life. I was still unpleased after speaking with Lisa so once in the checkout line I asked Henry for the store manager. He was very professional and got her right away. His manager (Lorenza or Loretta), I believe her name was heard me out. And showed genuine concern. She gave me her word that she would address the situation. That eased my concern.

Zero stars! Never have prescriptions ready on time. Put my MINOR sons life in jeopardy all because they don't want to do their job. They received my sons emergency seizure prescription electronically the night before when he suffered from an almost grand mal seizure. I went the next afternoon because I received a phone call saying that my sons prescription was ready and when I showed up it wasn't. First they said they didn't have it in stock (it's a seizure epipen and could mean the difference between life and death) then they said they would call around because they weren't looking out for my sons name while filling orders so they missed it. They asked me to wait on the side so they could help others while calling around for this life saving medicine and I refused since they never called me to tell me they didn't have it. After 10 minutes they told me they actually had it in store and it would be a few minutes while they filled it and if I could circle back around and get back in line. I told them no because there were 6 cars in line and I was not about to wait an hour because they didn't do their job in the first place. I posted a picture of the medicine they had to fill because it's literally a sticker that they slap on the medicine and it's nothing they actually "fill". They never apologized and I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the level of customer service I received today. My minor sons life threatening condition is no joking matter. Do not come to this pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere. Walgreens down the street hands down way better customer service ask for Lisa!

HOSTILE, HATEFUL & ABUSIVE SERVICES! I tried more than half dozen CVS locations, which display hostility, hate and abuse towards customers thru out CVS. When I reported the provoking Yulanda (Hispanic technician) to Pharmacist Cindy, who merely acted defensively for the misdemeanors of Yulanda who played dirty games refusing to answer my questions, but put me on hold for 20 mins and never came back to me. Same anti-customer pattern from pharmacists Angel and Bella, who only DEMANDED date of birth, not my name to star a conversation. My family, friends and I would NOT spend even a dime at CVS again. Strongly not recommend CVS to anyone!

Got a pain relief medicine prescription from my doctor. In my mind, I thought it might be faster to get it over the counter. Linh from the pharmacy was very helpful. She found that it was covered by insurance. Yay! Save money. This CVS - pharmacy department offers good & honest service. It makes a difference.

The workers are very friendly but there isn't much stuff here compared to the one down Peck. I came here to buy a last minute gift and this location didn't even have the toy section with the $20+ action figures. I ended up buying a gift card instead. Good service though.

Close and convenient but I don't think there has been one occasion in the 4 years I have been coming here I didn't need to wait in a line for 10 minutes or so. I have never seen two cashiers even when it's busy. Currently in a line of 8 with one cashier.

Worst place ever. The cashier aka: Michele was the worst employee ever! First you can not purchase beer without assist because there cooler is locked!?!?! Really.... oh my. She leaves us to go unlock the cooler and makes us carry it back to the register ourselves and never returns. We had her paged and she never answered, I had to go looking for her and found her sitting in the same place flapping to two other individuals. What a joke. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
