“A few months ago my 2015 Buick Encore needed the CV axles replaced. Before taking it to New Image I visited two other auto repair shops and was given a quote of over $1,000 to make the necessary repairs. I was already aware the parts would come to around $350 and that it wasn't that difficult of a repair, so I knew charging $600 or more in labor was simply an attempt by the other shops to rip me off. When I looked up additional auto garages and noticed New Image had an average of 4.5 and numerous 5 reviews I drove right over for another estimate. Since Alvaro, or "Al" gave me a quote of just $500 I had New Image do the work and all went well. Due to that prior experience with Al and New Image I returned there a couple weeks ago when the same vehicle began running and idling rough and seemed to lose power at times. Since I put a lot of miles on the vehicle and drive it pretty hard to reach work sites I suspected it was going to require major repairs. Instead Al diagnosed the issue as a relatively minor problem. The bill came to just a couple hundred dollars but even more pleasing was after arriving around 7:30am I drove off with repairs made by 10:00am!! I had even made a reservation for a rental care, figuring I wouldn't get my car back until late in the afternoon. Instead, when Al heard me talking to the rental car agency he urged me to cancel the reservation, saving me even more money. Who does that!!?? Usually auto shops don't even get around to looking at your vehicle until at least 11:00-12:00pm. Needless to say I'll never take my car anywhere but New Image for future tune-ups and repairs.”

“El Monte Nissan did a $2735 Air Conditioner replacement which had a major break-down within two weeks. We returned it to El Monte Nissan Service person Shadi. Three days later and no response as to Problem/Repair, we asked for Management intervention. We were introduced to Hector Ruiz, who apologized for the delay and process, noting he would personally manage rhe Vehicle Recovery Process to our Satisfaction but no "Loner Vehicle" would be available. Additionally, when we came to pickup the Vehicle after the "Final Repairs," husband Roy noted to Service Lead John, the "Wind Shield" cracked in two places. We drove it home and the next Day, Hector apologized and had the Wind Shield replaced at Home.After nearly two months later, with repeated delays, Husband Roy offered a settlement process in which Cindy would offered an appropriately generous trade-in compensation on a New Altima, putting an end to the Pain and Suffering for all and the feeling that this 2014 Sentra is simply not safe to drive.Hector picked up the ball and ran with it. He coordinated the purchase of the 2024 Altima with Sales Manager Austin, leaving all feeling good that the right thing had been done for the Benefit and Welfare of All. We will continue doing Business with El Monte Nissan and feel good about recommending El Monte Nissan to one and All with Hector as a goto Problem Solver!”
