“Called in for a quote on a set of tires. I spoke to Mike. I went in the next day to buy the set. Mike said “I can have the tires her in about 30 minutes I have to go pick them up” I was skeptical the tires would be there on time, because it was early afternoon. My girlfriend and I walked up the street to go grab a bite. We returned in about 45 minutes. When we walked up Mike was literally parking the car with the tires already mounted and everything! The service was good and fast! I would recommend this place. Thank you Mike!”

“A few months ago my 2015 Buick Encore needed the CV axles replaced. Before taking it to New Image I visited two other auto repair shops and was given a quote of over $1,000 to make the necessary repairs. I was already aware the parts would come to around $350 and that it wasn't that difficult of a repair, so I knew charging $600 or more in labor was simply an attempt by the other shops to rip me off. When I looked up additional auto garages and noticed New Image had an average of 4.5 and numerous 5 reviews I drove right over for another estimate. Since Alvaro, or "Al" gave me a quote of just $500 I had New Image do the work and all went well. Due to that prior experience with Al and New Image I returned there a couple weeks ago when the same vehicle began running and idling rough and seemed to lose power at times. Since I put a lot of miles on the vehicle and drive it pretty hard to reach work sites I suspected it was going to require major repairs. Instead Al diagnosed the issue as a relatively minor problem. The bill came to just a couple hundred dollars but even more pleasing was after arriving around 7:30am I drove off with repairs made by 10:00am!! I had even made a reservation for a rental care, figuring I wouldn't get my car back until late in the afternoon. Instead, when Al heard me talking to the rental car agency he urged me to cancel the reservation, saving me even more money. Who does that!!?? Usually auto shops don't even get around to looking at your vehicle until at least 11:00-12:00pm. Needless to say I'll never take my car anywhere but New Image for future tune-ups and repairs.”

“Let me start off with great deal on tires, but I seen and had people I recommended go and then get ripped off. I had my gf go there and they ripped her off with a $50 buck service fee. Total for tires was $450. Never had a service fee ever for myself and I’ve bought wheels here 2 times already. Also they damaged my lug nuts last time I installed my new wheels. I went to the dealership and they they said 2 lug nuts (sorry not lug nuts but the screw thingy sticking out) was broken. They had to force it to come off and the chances of it being broken were high. So I gave the ok. All in all they don’t mind breaking your stuff. I just think they need more training. Today I had a tires change and I heard the lug get forced more than needed to get tightened. Pretty sure I heard it slip. We will see later when I get home. I don’t have a damaged one in the back. I recently checked.”

“I found these guys on OfferUp i Message them right away about some brand new Toyo tires I got a response right away. I asked questions about if it will fit my truck if I could try them out, they were able to help me with all that at the end they found me the right tires that actually fit my truck and wont rub they dismounted the tire that I had on and mounted a used tire the same size I was looking at and the new ones were going to rub at the end to big they found me the right size and order the tires and I got them the next day very fast efficiently and helpful staff prices were reasonable.
