“Went here looking for a nice tire for my new cadillac, and he was able to help me found me two match and pear and even put a matching valve cover tip.I really appreciated it.Great price, fast service and good quality”
“I had to get a tire replaced, and also got my brakes done at this place. Very pleased with their service and prices. Definitely coming back whenever Im in need of tires or brakes services.”
“Carlos was amazing! Attentive and instantly ready to work before I even got out of the car. He 10 minutes to repair what Costco took an hour to claim didn't exist. $20 well spent.”
“Had an object in my tire causing air to leak when parked on it. Most repair shops refused to service my issue because the car was an EV, even though it was just a tire issue. These guys were extremely helpful and helped me out immediately (when they weren't already preoccupied). They were successfully able to fix my tire, which turned out to have a piece of metal/knife in the treads.”
“Been coming to this spot for the past few years. They are quick, good pricing, great customer service. I just came from there from getting my tire patched. Easy. In and out fast!”
“We had a loaded trailer with flat tires and he didn’t even bother charging us and even told us at what psi the tires should be at he also helped us get out of the tight space and back into the road”
“I brought in my own tire and they charged me $20 to replace it. They offered me an ice cold water while I waited. The owner was very nice. i was the only customer so I didn't wait at all.”
“I had to get my new TPMS’s rescanned and NO other shop had any idea what i was talking about one tried scamming me for $200 this shop got done in 5 min quick beeps $20 out the door. AMAZING service staff, honest people that deserve the best review. 10/10”
“Tire shop has been here for years every time I'm here they treat you right, reasonable prices and highly recommend Jose the mechanic does good work and cheap before to go get tires or repairs come check out this place. Highly recommend.”
“The boys at Off Road Kings did a fantastic job lifting my truck and installing new wheels and tires. The price was great with discounts offered, and they were very communicative during the installation process.”
“Over at SGV TIRE over very cheap price for tires n all tires service around el monte.. come n get ur tires for a good deal from Alex the boss man.. got my tire repaired inside and out for only 25$ great deal!!!!”
“A few months ago my 2015 Buick Encore needed the CV axles replaced. Before taking it to New Image I visited two other auto repair shops and was given a quote of over $1,000 to make the necessary repairs. I was already aware the parts would come to around $350 and that it wasn't that difficult of a repair, so I knew charging $600 or more in labor was simply an attempt by the other shops to rip me off. When I looked up additional auto garages and noticed New Image had an average of 4.5 and numerous 5 reviews I drove right over for another estimate. Since Alvaro, or "Al" gave me a quote of just $500 I had New Image do the work and all went well. Due to that prior experience with Al and New Image I returned there a couple weeks ago when the same vehicle began running and idling rough and seemed to lose power at times. Since I put a lot of miles on the vehicle and drive it pretty hard to reach work sites I suspected it was going to require major repairs. Instead Al diagnosed the issue as a relatively minor problem. The bill came to just a couple hundred dollars but even more pleasing was after arriving around 7:30am I drove off with repairs made by 10:00am!! I had even made a reservation for a rental care, figuring I wouldn't get my car back until late in the afternoon. Instead, when Al heard me talking to the rental car agency he urged me to cancel the reservation, saving me even more money. Who does that!!?? Usually auto shops don't even get around to looking at your vehicle until at least 11:00-12:00pm. Needless to say I'll never take my car anywhere but New Image for future tune-ups and repairs.”

“Very helpful honest guys. Out of 5 local shops Joe was the only one that didn't raise the price after inspecting my vehicle. Most shops tried to take advantage of me because of me being out of town and having an on the road imergecy.
BUT THE BROTHERS GOT IT DONE
New tires, alignment, and changed my bent control arm:)
Thank you”
“Had an extremely positive experience here. Frank and his men kept and honest and real. Did a diagnosis for my Mercedes and informed me that he could not fix the car. 5 stars for full transparency. Good family business will definitely recommend people here.”

“Great, trustworthy mechanical and body work... I've been going here for years and recently had a major accident that they helped me fix. They put in their heart and soul into the work and went above and beyond with the work. The car is in better condition than it was before the accident ?”

“Highly recommend Discount Tire & Service Centers! I especially want to recognize Vic, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative without ever making me feel pressured or like he was trying to upsell me. I really appreciated his honesty and that he took the time to explain what my car actually needed.
I ended up getting four new tires and an alignment, and I left feeling confident that I received great service at a fair price. His staff was also friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire experience.
Thank you, Vic and team, for taking such great care of me and my car. It’s refreshing to find a place you feel you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Martin and his fellow employees are very humble and honest people. I have fixed spark plugs, breaks, intake manifold, etc. with various of my cars for many years now. When my 2005 Ford Focus wasn’t passing Smog, Martin helped fix the little issues it had that other mechanics swore would cost more thank $1k. Martin was honest and offered affordable prices.”
“Cortez has good service and very good lroces on their tires and rims and je also restores rims they stay open late during the week ask for Llantero Carlos he's the man thay can take care of you for custom wheels.”
“Had a great experience here called Johnny let him know the day before that my lady bent and cracked her rim. Came in next day and within a hour I was out of there great service and great work”
“Got a good deal on good used tires. Upfront legit guys. Thanks again.. real review here.
Not fake profile, no bot, no paid crap
You can notice fake reviews that usually post around same day every month and often they have only a few reviews and friends..beware too many fake reviews on here now”
“Damm good decision!! Pep boys quoted a unbelievable price just for my jeeps back brakes. My mistake for going there. I know they're about the money. Found this little gem next to a building we were building. They took it in first thing in the morning and nailed it. They checked everything completely plus fixed a radiator hose that needed to be replaced. Got an oil change ALL for a good price by an excellent mechanic . They're not rich from taking money from the community, they're rich because they are honest!”
“Guys knew their stuff. I came in with a serious brake issue. I knew what was wrong, they confirmed it. I couldnt leave my car, had to wait. They got the parts delivered and knocked a front brake replacement, rotors and all in @ 3 hrs. Woulda been faster, but had to wait abit for parts to arrive. Brakes were shuddering before, now theyre like new... And under warranty. Note: always check online for discount coupons available. Manager was not aware there was one available for $75.00 off... Do due dilligence...”
“Typical tire & battery like Costco has. Cheaper than other tire stores and good after-sale maintenance services like free tires rotation, balancing, and fix for flat (if fixable).”
“Been going to this place since 2009.
Never had a bad experience.
The owner is the best. Dude is on top of his work. Friendly and focus.
His team good vibes. They get the work done.
I also get there when I get a day off. On the oil change. Early bird, and I'm not the type to Wake up early.
My full respect to the team and to the owner.
I'm always gonna be going here.
Those bad reviews. I bet they either a scammer or from another shop hating on the spot.”
