“We worked with Raul to find an almost impossible to find piece of equipment. We not only found what we needed but at a very fair price and the customer service was beyond spectacular! PDQ has a customer for life and we will be sure to recommend them through the equestrian market place.”

“I had a great experience at Ted Johnson Propane. The facility is clean, organized, and very professional. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me quickly with propane refilling and tank service. Their equipment is well-maintained, and the whole process was fast and efficient. The yard is spacious with plenty of room to drive in and out, even with larger vehicles. Prices are fair and service is reliable. Highly recommended for anyone needing propane refill, inspection, or autogas services!”

900 W Duarte Rd, Arcadia CA 91007
“Best gas station! The gentleman that works inside is so nice and so welcoming. I moved from the area, but when I lived in Arcadia, this was my go-to and the liquor store next to it. The area around the pumps is clean, and never any trash cans overflowing, like you see at others. When I needed air for my tires, it was never a hassle in asking him to turn it on. Service is always top-notch!”

“Nothing, because Joanne, Cesar and Nick from this U-Haul, these three did all these next things: Joanne checked me in quickly on a busy Wednesday of last week, February 18th, 2026 she was very well patient, prepared, and courteous to walk me through the process of renting the U-Haul van for my moving situation currently. Then on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 Cesar and Nick helped us regarding to someone was planning to call up the towing company to tow away the U-Haul because that person was so grumpy and upset that he tells Cesar we parked and blocked his driveway when it wasn’t on the driveway. So, Cesar took his courtesy thoughtful call to call me to let me know the situation, which when we quickly arrived back to the U-Haul can we took two pictures regarding to the matter and went to this U-Haul for early drop off since we do not want to go through this again. Also, we thank Cesar and for Nick to be there to assist us to check through U-Haul van and told me what is the last thing after we return the key. So overall these three agents did what’s right and amazing job on assisting helping us!! Please continue to show your true efficiency and care to everyone that needs help when they come to rental services!! Thank you so much and I appreciate your support and your kindness!!”

“Honestly, one of the best places to get propane the only downside is that they don’t honor their closing time. I rushed halfway town for them to close 10 minutes early.”

“Fix your reservation system. When I reserve through the app i write my credit card details then take a picture of my DL and everything that is ask on the app. I take the time to do it. Only to get to the location and do it ALL AGAIN. Pointless. Waste of time for me and your personnel too. Probably this comment will be pointless as well. Just wasting my time again.”
