So once again I decided to try Sam's Club and get a hot dog combo I was so disappointed again because they had no condiments for their hot dogs onions mustard and relish they offer me catsup again I don't know anybody that just likes ketchup on their hot dog this Sam's Club is lacking in customer service even the line when you're leaving is long it makes me wonder if I want to keep my membership even though I do spend a lot of money at Sam's Club

I feel like the prices are actually cheaper than Costco (sometimes). Just got a new membership for $25 using the discount and I was fortunate enough to come when this place was pretty empty. Food court menu is less extensive than that of Costco but for the stuff they do have, it's pretty good for a small price. Kind of felt like this was a mix between Costco and Walmart. Anyways pretty solid spot to buy items in bulk.

I'm a plus member more than 10 years now it used to be a plus member can shop with the non business member now we all go together with everyone whats the point of paying so much and not getting the privilege with what we are sold for this bs when we got this membership so disappointing that we are not getting anymore.

I would say it is understaffed and staffs usually aren't at their best attitude or best efficiency... :( I understand it can get crowded from time to time but Sam's Club should really pay more attention into their cafe staffs!Only 3 staffs working at the cafe on a Saturday. Most members around me had to wait 45 mins or more for their food order. Used the Scan & Go function to tried to save time and avoid the lines. However, it DOES NOT WORK! People who used the app to order ahead had to wait in line (a seperate line than ordering) and the staff prioritize the live line orders. People ordering from the App had to wait even longer on average and it was a complete waste of time. Expect to wait at least 30 mins for two hot dogs if you use the app..Gave multiple tries and yet still the same... I do see some changes now though so hopefully they are improving.

Joey and all the staff in the Tire Department were friendly and fast on replacing my tires on my Honda. Car is running smoothly and feels great. Highly recommend this place.

I've seen other Sam's clubs in videos and pictures yet this one is my favorite ..except that they are a bit strange there's a lift that I'm not sure where it goes ..but hopefully that'll be worked out one day. I do have to say the quality of personal camping goods, school supplies products , produce , personal hygiene and care products as well as the deals on gift cards to restaurants here are exceptional. I really would like them to carry more types of drinkable yogurts . And I'm glad I didn't have to wait for that automated floor cleaner today! It was great! My mother is still learning how to use the automated pay and ring up her own groceries but it helps . Also the restrooms were exceptionally clean .. I'm impressed! It's the first time I've had enough time to use them.

Sam's club can't even provide a club card for new membership. A lady at Customer Service ask me to come back since they are running out of the card. Come back months later still don't have it. Employees have bad attitude, customer service is slow, and return policy is intimidating. Wish I could give a ZERO star.

Worse Tire Shop system. I made an appointment last week for a Saturday being told that I will be serviced at the time of my appointment. BEWARE!! If you make an appointment to get your tires changed, you are not going to be serviced at the time you made You will be serviced one to two hours later, a much later time than the time you scheduled. I never like giving reviews without a solution. Sam's Club should get rid of its appointment system and create a walk-in system. By developing a walk-in system, Sam's Club will get rid of the false perception that you will be serviced of your appointment. If you are late to the appointment you make, you will lose your spot. I hope this helps!

Was in line for self check out to buy several gift cards. Then to find out I had to go to regular line. There was NO sign for no gift cards only no alcohol signs. Rude people too

This is closer to home. I love that they have a gasoline station here. I don’t like the set-up of the gas pumps. The store itself is clean. The workers there are mostly nice and helpful. I love their cafe. We had ordered a whole pizza, two hotdog combos, two brownie sundaes, two cinnamon sugar pretzel, and a nacho dip for less than $20.Parking: Lots of parking but can be difficult to find during rush hours and weekends.

All the employees are running around like loose chicken heads it seems like management doesn't care or doesn't know what they're doing the corporation needs to teach their employees customer service seems like there's no more of that take your business elsewhere it's not worth your time.. I was shopping during Thanksgiving and of course it was Mayham I decided to go self check out the only thing that's posted is that you cannot buy any alcohol so I'm waiting in line for 25 minutes it's my turn I have gift cards in my hand and the girl tells me that I need to go stand in a regular line because I cannot purchase gift cards at self check out I said there is no sign that says that can you please take me to a cashier where I can pay so I can get on my way she said no I have to wait in the back of the line when it was clearly my turn I was already there for 25 minutes it's not my mistake that they did not put up a sign ! it turned into a big fiasco the manager came up to me they didn't say anything to me she was waiting for me to say something otherwise she was just gonna walk back into her office and she said she was going to review video because the person they called a manager had such an attitude seems like something was wrong with her neck because she kept moving it back-and-forth.. some little girl with red color in her hair she looks like she just turned 18

The crew at this Sam's Club Tire Shop are phenomenal! So helpful and kind. They searched high and low for a rare out of stock battery for my car with a quickness and smile. The service here is top notch - Specifically Joey and Howard went the extra mile to get me in and out, even during peak hour! I will definitely be coming back for tires next time! If you stop in, look out for Joey or Howard if you need quick assistance!

They need too put more employees on the pick up service. We were here at are time 7-8 and 8:30 pm. I will not be using this service again. I thought it would save time - but I was fooled and they charged me.

This goes for the check out lines. I get it they made everything mobile and easier to check out. Some of us are old school and prefer paying with a cashier. The wait line just to pay is ridiculous. More lines need to be open.

Great deals, fast and easy self check out at the cash registers or via the phone app where you can scan and go. Plenty of parking and great selection of items in stock.
