All the employees are running around like loose chicken heads it seems like management doesn't care or doesn't know what they're doing the corporation needs to teach their employees customer service seems like there's no more of that take your business elsewhere it's not worth your time.. I was shopping during Thanksgiving and of course it was Mayham I decided to go self check out the only thing that's posted is that you cannot buy any alcohol so I'm waiting in line for 25 minutes it's my turn I have gift cards in my hand and the girl tells me that I need to go stand in a regular line because I cannot purchase gift cards at self check out I said there is no sign that says that can you please take me to a cashier where I can pay so I can get on my way she said no I have to wait in the back of the line when it was clearly my turn I was already there for 25 minutes it's not my mistake that they did not put up a sign ! it turned into a big fiasco the manager came up to me they didn't say anything to me she was waiting for me to say something otherwise she was just gonna walk back into her office and she said she was going to review video because the person they called a manager had such an attitude seems like something was wrong with her neck because she kept moving it back-and-forth.. some little girl with red color in her hair she looks like she just turned 18

The crew at this Sam's Club Tire Shop are phenomenal! So helpful and kind. They searched high and low for a rare out of stock battery for my car with a quickness and smile. The service here is top notch - Specifically Joey and Howard went the extra mile to get me in and out, even during peak hour! I will definitely be coming back for tires next time! If you stop in, look out for Joey or Howard if you need quick assistance!

9/27/2023... I order pretzel plain, it came out salted pretzel, i order cheese pizza, the dough is thick (not roll right), i didn't finish the pizza, eating at the food court. Disappointing.

I love Sam's Club. Never overcrowded. Great prices for deals on food, home appliances, and clothing. You can pay by scan and go on your phone or with all other types of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. )and they have their store credit cards you can use. Unlike "Costco" you can only use cash or pay with Visa. They are fully stocked most of the time and the service is always good. Everybody is very helpful and kind. They have plenty of parking and you can purchase gas outside in the rear of the store.

We got the worst experience a nightmare. I buy 2 tires and instalation on Sam's Club app the tires weren't on stock I wait 4 days not to bad. We went a Saturday for instalation without a appointment, the guy told us wait time 2hour to 2 and a half hours we were ok he ask me where I want the 2 new tires to install in front or at the back and I said in the front it took it 5 hours to install just 2 new tires I can't believe 5 hours for 2 new tires of course they make a mistake they install on the back what a nightmare for me and my son we decided not to renew any more our membership. Also my son loses his therapy appointment that nightmare day

The worst tire installation services at any of the Sam's Club I've been too. The workers inside the shop and the tire appointment Service Center both have poor customer service.After our experience, we will definitely not come back to this location .

Tres leches cake was a HIT! I didn't even know that they had a tres leches option but they asked and was pleasantly surprised when they said yes. I ordered in advance and pick up was easy too. My only issue was the cake was too heavy for the encasing which slipped open when I drove be to my destination, cake in tow. Not too smashed and still presentable but the packaging needs to be more sturdy. The flavor was amazing, it was moist and just right. Not too sweet and the filling was really preserves made from strawberries

I'd give this place a solid 4 stars. Compared to Costco, I feel prices are a tad higher here, but when I factor in the less crazy this place is and the ease in trying to find parking compared to Costco, I'd gladly go to Sam's Club instead. One thing they do better than Costco is the scan and go. This is a thing if genius and so convenient. At first, I thought you had to scan each item separately, but then I realized there's a multi-scan option! I'm surprised more places doesn't use something similar. I haven't gotten gas here before, but the line is much shorter too, compared to Costco.Occasionally, they do have little sample stations, but far and few in between. They have a little scan to sample machine right by the frozen section that is pretty cool. It changes often and I've gotten anything from Chapstick, coffee pods, granola bars, to the most recent and disappointing, 2 pieces of square cracker in a plastic cup. Most of the time, it's good!For the Cafe area, the deals are great. I really appreciate that they have Combo pizza and a meat lovers pizza as options and their hot dog combo is even lower than Costco! I do wish they had a sauce station outside, they when they give you them in packets when you order the hot dog. One very negative thing is how slow the line moves! They have 2 windows to order, but most of the time (if not always), is only 1 is opened. The seating area is also tiny, so if someone is waiting with a cart, it's hard to move around. If it wasn't for the inconvenience and slow service, I'd give this place a 5 stars.

Maritsela, the manager on floor had the worst attitude. Please someone talk with her, and remind her what customers service means. If she wants to talk next to a cashier but not have time to answer a guest question, I think she definitely doesn't deserve this role. I say she didn't have time to answer my question because when I greeted her she made no eye contact and answered "what." I was told she would be able to help me avoid making another line, since my cashier forgot to charge a case of beer and this "manager" says, "well get in line you went through self check out," I let her know I did not, and point to the cashier that cashed me out and she finally looks to say well wait there. No one knew her name, not the cashier because she is "a new cashier," she is useless, rude. Please if she has manager skills put her in a position BOH where no guest has to deal with her or put her in some more training she clearly needs all the help she can get.

This location is hands down, hands down the best place to shop at! The team is always doing a great job! Everything is always stocked up. Produce and bakery is amazing quality and great value. Scan and Go is the best way to check out. I recently did a curbside pickup order and that was a pleasant experience. I shop here every week and plan to always do so. Thank you for making the shopping experience always amazing and all credit to the awesome team here!
