“All the ladies i spoke to over the phone were the best professional informative! Andrew was great professional and helpful; but only reason i don’t give 5 stars: 2 guys need csr training- received angry call from Larry stating they haven’t heard from me when I’d been calling daily& over-quoted charges; the guy who took my final payment on 11/29 could not be bothered with decent humanity no eye contact, short incomplete answers, left us waiting in silence as if we needed special clearance to converse though had several casual conversations with another employee mid-transaction; U-Haul has great prices doing business was great pleasure until last guy who left bad feeling in my gut and phone call was just to bring on anxiety Will do everything possible to use another U-Haul shop next time. If i want to be treated like a peon I’ll go to No Korea! Thank you for asking”
