I am writing to highly recommend at the El Monte Warehouse outlet location (12017 E. Garvey Ave El Monte). After a deeply upsetting experiance at another store
. Felix kindness move me to tear of joy.
I visited a store in the mall to return a new unused tennis shoe. I was told I could not get a credit return bec the computer does not show enough sales. I just needed a reverse credit return not cash. I was instructed to come back in the afternoon.
I was very frustrated as it has never happened to me w the appropriate receipts.
I wanted to share my appreciation for Felix (El Monter Warehouse and Outlet sketchers).
Felix was very professional , knowledgeable, and very helpful.Kind of customer service that make you want to return to this store.Thank you Felix for this positive shopping experience. In a matter of a few minutes , he scan the QR code he was able to credit my
return and I left with tears of joy,

They have a great selection and sizes and styles for everyone. I residual like that they have extra wide sizes and many of them! They have but one and get the second pair for 50% OFF right now. And this place in El Monte is their warehouse, so it's huge. They staff is very helpful and so friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Went in to return a purchase made online the first first attendant friendly, browsed around ended up buying two pairs second attendant needs more work on smiling ?and being interactive.

I buy all my shoes from Skechers. The shoes are comfortable and fit perfectly. They last a long time. And, you can't beat the buy one, get one 50% off the second pair.

I am 61 yrs old and had a major surgery I was shopping and needed to use the restroom I was told I couldn’t use their restroom the employee saw I was struggling and she then made fun of me As I walked out. Never will I enter that store again. -5 stars
