I also went to the Wheeler location in Arcadia CA. This is a smaller place and is also fast. I've always had a great experience here too.

My first time here, the waiting time is not that long. Employees speak different languages plenty of parking. Next to Social Security Office.

Surprisingly quick service overall. The woman at the front desk was somewhat rude, but the process moved efficiently. The facility isn’t very clean, but it serves its purpose. Expect a wait of 3–5 days for results. Parking is available.
