Like the other reviews indicate, they have no showed at least 3 times for me. Three other condo owners needed to be present for these appointments, and all 4 of us have sat around all day 3 separate times without a word from these people. Apparently their truck broke down all 3 times...

Horrific service!!! Unprofessional, disrespectful, refusal to complete Spectrum Contract, lacks communication and comprehension. Please do not contract with this agency as the result is brand tarnishing in the worst possible way. As a woman I fear for my safety having these people on my property since I have been forced to complain.

Their drivers hit and run !Last time I went to the plaza and witnessed the driver speedily drove around the park lot and hit a Honda car. The driver left immediately without waiting for the Honda car owner to come back. I saw his plate number 84671C . This company has hidden employees which no not responsible and unethical. How could you trust their services if they have such employees?

This company (Truck 282 and another that I couldn't see the number for) came into our neighborhood this morning and shut down the internet in Adams Hill in Glendale. I was working, and this put me out for 30 mins, which created a huge issue for me. There was no notice, no postings, no warning of any kind. When I spoke to one of the guys and asked him if what they were doing was responsible for our Internet being down, his response was a super helpful/professional, "Maybe." I then asked him when they would be done, he said, "5 minutes." He was, clearly, just being a j**** I called the Corporate office, who transferred me to dispatch. Sandra picked up, and hung up on me. I then called back, got another employee and she told me I had the wrong department - she transferred me to "Construction". Once I spoke to Henry for another several minutes, he informed me that this was also the wrong department, that I needed "Construction, Heavy Duty". He did not transfer me. He said he would find out when the issue would be fixed and someone would call me back. NO ONE CALLED. Surprising? No. Disappointing? Extremely. My advice: Steer clear of this disorganized company, which employs call center individuals who give you the run-around AND rude, customer-service-less field employees.

After I bought Spectrum internet services, I was told the cable wiring in my house needed to be fixed before someone from the corporation would come down and install a modem and router. I was directed by Spectrum to work with this third party contractor, Turnaroud Communication, in order to set up a date and time for their tenichian to coma and install the necessary cables. Well I have had to deal with two and a half weeks without internet because their scheduling team hasn’t been able to keep in contact with the tenichians and send them to the roght location within the agreed time period. Three times now a technician has supposedly stopped by while I wasn’t home, which is absolutely not true. And it When I called Turn Around to complain and reschedule the employee on the phone even admitted they have the worst scheduling and he’s even surprised I was able to get two more appointments after the first one didn’t go through. Just stay away from this company.

Great company to work for as long as you work hard and do High quality work. And they pay great but you need to work fast with safety in mind. This type of work isn't for everyone. The management team at Turnaround is professional. I enjoyed working for Turnaround Communications in Palmdale up to Edwards Air force Base.

Not a great company to work for very limited parking on site as well they are misogynistic in nature and also lacking diversity in their ranks. Shady when it comes to the pay or compensation which sometimes can fall below minimum wage but they justify as legal by saying its a peace rate job when doing cable and net installations. They dont give u time to be properly field trained had 4 days then thrown to the wolves because they needed someone for production. They take on more jobs from spectrum than they have techs to complete so as to keep up appearance considering they are subcontractors o spectrum. Dont work for these people if u can avoid it. Look for something else

Tech missed first appointment and failed to do the job properly during the second visit. They didn't even let us know they were on site and the job required access to our apartment. Very poor communication as a third party vendor.
