Unnecessary extended hold on my money when I deposited a check. I sold a vehicle, deposited the check from the car dealership and the credit union refused to release my money. It seems they are more concerned with using my money to invest and make a profit then for for the financial well being of their member . I would like to be able to pay my bills.

I use to love this credit union but I absolutely am disappointed every time I deal with them.They are so strict now, customer service and curtesy pay are unprofessional! The loan department is so disappointing been with the bank over 20 years and that doesn’t make any difference whatsoever.

Very friendly bank tellers they have a coin machine that counts your change and they will pay you out in cash

Placed a order and needed to cancel it called the store for 20 min and no one would answer had to drive there and was told they can't cancel my order or refund me was offered to come back a different day to get my food the manager val gave me a number to call then proceed to ignore me was in the store another 30 min calling the number that didn't work a cashier had to try to help me horrible service manager made no effort to help me what so ever

I have been a long time customer of VCU and have always gotten great service. Today I called the customer service line for some info and spoke to a wonderful rep. Her name was Marinda M. Marinda (hopefully the spelling is correct) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and didn't rush me off the phone. I give Marinda 5 stars out of 5. VCU you have a wonderful employee. Debbie S.

Matt & Katey are fabulous!! I was able to do my Entire car purchase ,trade, financing over the phone. I gave the details of what I wanted Both Matt & Katey did a great job.It took away my anxiety & worries of price haggling , they are easy to talk to .Thank you for my experience so easy !!

It's Certified Federal Credit Union now. They have great auto loan rates, if you have good credit. Fast loans and easy online signatures. Great way to buy a vehicle. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I like the San Diego branch best! There aren't very many locations, so you do everything online. They have a visa with pretty good "rewards"

My husband and I visited this branch on 4/26 and where helped by Lorena. She made our day since we were traveling in LA and looking for a shared branch to get quarter rolls for meters for our next trip to Little Tokyo. We where not sure if this branch did share branching since it was not in our Patelco site as a shared branch location. She not only confirmed we could process our transaction, she provided us great service with a smile. My husband and I have been in the banking industry for many yrs and she exceeded our expectations. She kept us engaged in the conversation while multi-tasking and focusing on the task at hand. The branch was very clean and designed beautifully. We will definitely visit this branch on our next trip to LA. THANK YOU Lorena for the great service and for making our day!
