I never had bad service like this store. I see the deal on Walgreens App and this store have the product I want, but when I check out the cashier told me the price totally different, I show her there App, she called manager and the manager told me “go buy online”. Excuse me? If every body buying product online why we need your store here? Just go close all your Walgreens stores : )Then how you have this job??? Does your manager know that you told retail customer go buying stuff online :) ? Also my friend bought toothpaste and cashier lady said we can’t use the coupon in the Walgreens account! What a fantastic service this store provides! I will not spend even 1 cents here! NEVER COME BACK!

Be careful when purchasing gift cards or better yet don’t buy gift cards from this location. Bought one Starbucks gift card just to find out that it was tampered with. the barcode was scratched off and the pin. Neither Starbucks or Walgreens were able to do “anything about it” even though I had the original receipt with the activation code. It’s ridiculous 60 bucks thrown to the trash.

The appointment was made. He also knew that I was going to test my child. He called me and told me that he could come for the Covid 19 test at any time. Then he told me that he was sorry, but children could not do it?

The person who helped me at the pharmacy has black hair, teeth that stick out a little, and is very angry. Today he scolded me again because I asked him for my son's medicine first and then I asked for mine. He tells me why don't you order them together and I was shocked! On another occasion he scolded me because I asked for both mine and my son's medicines together, he is always in an ugly mood with a bad attitude and on other occasions he was scolding an elderly person, and another to deliver the medication they make you spin ?

Very polite. A lil slow but they have many customers at pharmacy. People have to realize that this area has a lot of homeless in immediate area.

?❤️ ? I’ve been a customer of this El Montè location for many many years… All of my pharmacy prescriptions electronically gets sent out from all my doctors to this location. The pharmacy manager Lisa & Angie are highly experienced & professional, including their Rx pharmacy tech’s by the name of Anna, Patricia, Naomi, Helen & the rest of the crew work like a team work. They are quick & efficient, where all of my meds gets picked up in a timely manner without any delays!!!They even have a home delivery service.The rest of the store is clean, organized & always in order…Thanks to Henry the store manager, where he’s on top of his game & welcomes you “ALWAYS” like a customer…
