?❤️ ? I’ve been a customer of this El Montè location for many many years… All of my pharmacy prescriptions electronically gets sent out from all my doctors to this location. The pharmacy manager Lisa & Angie are highly experienced & professional, including their Rx pharmacy tech’s by the name of Anna, Patricia, Naomi, Helen & the rest of the crew work like a team work. They are quick & efficient, where all of my meds gets picked up in a timely manner without any delays!!!They even have a home delivery service.The rest of the store is clean, organized & always in order…Thanks to Henry the store manager, where he’s on top of his game & welcomes you “ALWAYS” like a customer…

Very polite. A lil slow but they have many customers at pharmacy. People have to realize that this area has a lot of homeless in immediate area.

The service attitude of a short haired male staff was very poor. I took my child to take photos. Because my language was bad, he always shook his head at me and looked very impatient. He affected my mood and I would never come here again!

Went in today for the pharmacy really nice people at the pharmacy but as I was waiting for the pharmacy I needed to use the restroom I was told I needed to ask a manager to open me the restroom door I went up to the first manager I seen on the floor his name was Leo really chubby guy I asked him if he could please open me the restroom door he then just said go wait outside of the restroom I’ll go open it right now. Well he didn’t I stood out there and he never went he continued working and he kept looking at me from far and didn’t open me the door after I waited for the pharmacist to give me my prescription I walked up to him and told him it was very unprofessional of him to make me wait such a long time and not even open me the door he then rudely without even looking at me in the eyes said well I called someone over the intercom to go open and I would have assume someone went and I then told him well no I didn’t hear you call anyone and you seen me waiting obviously no one had gone. I think that as a team leader that’s very unprofessional.

Covid testing today, paperwork not ready. After showing my ID, I needed to wait a few more minutes for paperwork. Results expected in 3 days. Despite the wait the girl behind the window, friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Went to get a covid PCR test after an easy reservation online.They were a little far from home but the 10 east was fluid and i arrived 10 min early. Anna, the pharmacy technician was the most professional employee I have seen in a pharmacy for a long time. She prepared the tests and paper work immediately and within 5 min , I had swabbed and given back the tubes. She watched the whole thing giving precise directions with kindness and professionalism . She also understood that I wanted the results asap and proposed a self test if I wanted to get some results faster. I was alone in the driveway and in 15 min, I was in my way back home hoping for the best! Well done Anna and Walgreens

Went in on a Sunday morning for my Covid vaccine. I was greeted by a friendly young lady by the name of Anna C. She was very helpful looking up mine and my sons insurance information since I didn't have the cards with me. Always friendly and helpful. She helped answer all my questions regarding the vaccine. The best part was actually receiving the shot from her. She was so gentle that me and my son didn't feel a thing!!. She was great. Looking forward to receiving our second dose with Anna C specifically!! Lol. She was great.

I came by to pick up my order after making an order online. However, the sale person said I have a reminding balance which I need to pay before I can received my item. It was ridiculous becuase usually when I order online it would make me pay in full before a pick up order can be placed.I told the sale person there must be an error and showed my phone with email confirmation showing my total was $0 after it was charge to my card. He said either I can pay the reminding balance or cancel my order. I decided to cancel because I will not pay extra for something i already been charged. I felt he could have called a manager or something but that didn't happen. I didn't want to make a big fuss and there was someone behind me so didn't really want to bother. This is not his fault though since it is system error. however, i hope this type of error do not occur again. After I left the store, i made a call to customer service becuase I didn't see my walgreen cash was credit back. I also checked my card and notice I was also charged for a pickup in which I canceled. In few hour later I checked my walgreen account I notice an increase to my walgreen cash but that is not the amount I initially have in my account. It is less. I hope this is a temporary error since I just make a cancelation and it might be in the process that the system is giving me new earned w cash for this pick up order. It is weird though since I didn't really get my item I shouldn't be charged in my account. Either this was error amount in walgreen cash or my cancelation still processing. I will have to wait and see. So far I was disappointed that this have happened.

I took my mom and dad to take flu shot here. The Chinese lady received our documents and said that my parents Medicare not cover, I know she a liar, she is a discriminator, because we are Vietnamese. And then took my parents to CVS, and we had flu shot in just within 15 minutes. That is the reason why Walgreens closed many stores due to poor business
