Wow, where do I even begin! Came into this dealership for service on a car I had just purchased a lil over a year ago from another dealership that was very unwelcoming and rude and unprofessional. After explaining to the very kind, welcoming and listening servicemen Ricky at CW Hyundai, he reassured me he was going to help me the best way he could and he was very sorry I was in the situation I was. He really made me feel much better about coming to this dealership instead of driving out of my way to Valencia where I had purchased the vehicle and was not made welcomed when I first reported issues on the vehicle only four weeks into owning it. Long story short after dropping the Vehicle off at CW to see what they could do for me, I ended up in a situation where it was either pay to fix the car with another payment plan, mind u I'm still paying car payments, and maybe it fixes the car if other issues didn't occur which was unforseen until the main issue was fixed or drive out of there in a brand new car and basically paying the same but without the worry of having a broken car later. It was a very tough decision as I was not in the position to even purchase another vehicle or take on another payment but I was super please with how much the service team and then the sales team and even the finance team all came together and cheered me on and reassured me they were on my side and we're going to make sure we worked something out so I could have a vehicle for me and my kids. Though I wasn't in the financial means since this was not something I had planned to turn out the way it did, this whole team worked all day to make it happen for me, and drove me and my kids out of there with a brand new 2026 Hyundai Kona. It's a huge commitment but with the situation I was encountering with the vehicle I had purchased last year, this was the best case scenario for me. And I know that I'm going to make everything work out the same way these guys at CW Hyundai made it happen for me!!! Seriously a HUGE THANK YOU TO RICKY AT THE SERVICE DEPT, LIZ AT THE SALES DEPT AND THE GUYS IN FINANCE WHO MADE A MIRACLE HAPPEN AND EVERYONE IN THAT WHOLE OFFICE FOR JUST BEING SUPER FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING!! WOW I still can't believe we are free from such a bad car that was sold to us from what I thought was a high end dealership that wouldn't sell me a bad car. Now we have a bad ass, brand new Hyundai Kona even inspiring my teenage boy to get a job and help mama make these payments cause he loves the new whip so much! Our first brand spanking new car man so we feel good and ready to take on the world again!! Super excited and super thankful and blessed. Thanks CW Hyundai of El Monte for taking a chance on us and making this trade happen!!! Man the inspiration a brand new car can do to you, priceless!!!!

Service is good and waiting time is reasonable and staffs are friendly and good with the cars. Snacks, drinks and coffee are available at the waiting area. The only issue is quite pricey.

We want to share how extremely pleased we are with CardinalWay Hyundai of El Monte. Manager Juan and Nicolas Assof, Senior Product Specialist were extremely helpful with providing us with details on our new 2024 Tucson PHEV Limited vehicle. We inquired from our home in SW Colorado on Wednesday and Juan was very thorough with providing us with the specs and relevant details we needed to feel comfortable with traveling to El Monte on the weekend to test drive the vehicle.
We flew in on Saturday and were greeted by Nicolas and Juan who continued to be very attentive as we gathered more information and test drove the vehicle. Nick provided us with a detailed walkthrough of the vehicle explaining all the features and after driving the vehicle we decided to proceed with purchasing it. Our drive back to Colorado was comfortable and we feel that the folks at CardinaleWay Hyundai of El Monte treated us with respect and dignity. The experience was actually very fun for us and Nicolas and Juan’s friendliness was greatly appreciated.

This place is phenomenal. I made a long drive specifically because other locations haven’t shown me the respect or timeliness when I would take my car in. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile by one of the service associates, Kevin, who provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit. Having our initial oil change went as expected. The best part was dealing with Joseph, our service writer. When I shared with him how the high cost of insurance for the Hyundai went up by almost $400 because the insurance company claimed Hyundai had a high risk of theft due to their keyed system. Although this may have been true in previous years, this no longer is the case with push button starting. Joseph provided me the details in writing of why the insurance company's statement is untrue in today's models. I submitted that information to my insurance carrier and they adjusted my rate down over $400 every 6 months. I can't. Thank Joseph enough.

I recently purchased a used car here and was blown away by the quality. This dealership holds their inventory to a very high standard—the car I bought was in extremely good condition, practically like new.
I had the pleasure of working with Nicolas and Nelson. They were incredibly patient with all my questions and accommodated every request I had. They really tried their best to work out a great deal for me. On top of that, they did a fantastic job deep cleaning the car before handing me the keys. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality and great service!

Customer service was great and the lounge area was nice with comfortable chairs, plenty of plugs to charge devices, and complementary coffee. Service was also done sooner than anticipated.
