I took my son school shopping for shoes, he picked out two pairs and some socks which was over $250, upon paying the employee said I didn’t have anything as far as a coupon so I asked to speak to the manager and even though she saw that I had a coupon in the app the Manager wouldn’t honor my $10 coupon on the app even though it clearly says I had one claiming that the app has been having a glitch which isn’t my problem that’s the company’s problem and it should be addressed at the meetings they have. My son had really likes the shoes which I was going to get anyway but that goes to show the type of customer service they offer here. They don’t care. She would rather let the sale go than to honor $10 bucks off

Hire security at this point. Can’t even shop in peace cause you have the workers just keeping an eye on you, while others are watching the big o tv with cameras. It’s one thing to make sure no one steals but it’s another to practically harass the customers.

Worst possible online service. Ordered shoes Saturday for pickup same day. Didn't get notified until Wednesday that all shoes were unavailable. Store never answered the phone so I could get some answers. Very bad experience. I wouldn't shop here if they don't value all their customers.
