I've been coming to this nail salon for years. The space and tools are always spotless, which I really appreciate — everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for.
The technicians here are not only talented but also genuinely friendly. They take their time, listen to what you want, and consistently deliver beautiful results. Whether I’m getting a simple manicure or something more detailed, I always walk out happy with how my nails look.

Day 1 and nails chipped after paying $110 for simple french tips. This is comical. Any place is better than this place.

It's the best place for a self care day. Never disappoints.
I was able to get an appointment the same day for full treatment manicure and pedicure. Excellent service and Thanks for the champagne too.

It’s hard to relax when it feels like a race to get you out the door. I want to have a relaxing experience but apparently it’s all about the speed of service here. Also beware of the up charges.

If you want your nail polish to come off not even 8 hours after you manicure then come here…what a waste! Also my nails also feel jagged after the “manicure.” What??? The absolute WORST manicure I have EVER received! Chipping nail polish and ragged nail edges after I spent $100 on my daughter and I! Never again!

This place started out great- clean, pricey but good quality nails and has devolved over the years to the point where the service and service quality is far worse than any cheap nail salon in the area. They used to be very sweet and friendly to kids- now slap on some polish, don't clean it up or do a top coat and charge $28 dollars. I've been going since they opened, less frequently over the years and now will take them out or the rotation. I used to tell everyone to go to Sara, she used to do great work even if she was pretty rude and clearly talking about you to the other nail techs. Have had to have her work completely redone the last 2-3 times. See many similar reviews here below. Would recommend avoiding unless you want to be deeply disappointed.

I've never left a review before but I'm so disappointed in my pedicure. She only put one coat on my toe nails and you can see the ridges in my nails still. I'm terrible at painting my nails and I could have done better. I had to ask her to remove polish from my toe. Also they didn't tell me the polish I picked out was an extra 20 dollars to use until I had to pay. My manicurist did a good job but I definitely won't be going back here.

The management is so professional and attentive to any needs or concerns customers may have. I wasn't happy with the outcome of my service and the management immediately got me to another tech who re-did my massage and polish application. I was happy with my experience both times I've been here.

I was gifted the CannaCure Mani/Pedi and was initially thrilled to try it out. Sara and Ann were so welcoming and personable -- great to chat with! I told them it was my birthday and definitely felt how much tlc they were putting into my service. They provided me with complimentary sparkling water and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. However, the overall atmosphere, experience and vibe was underwhelming (especially for the price). Multiple pillows on the chairs had polish stains... I was grateful to have caught them after a rush, but many of the chairs became occupied with waiting technicians perusing on their phones. I also felt there was some tension between front desk receptionists and the technicians. Possibly because they were onboarding a new staff member that day, but it seemed like there was a disconnect on what everyone needed to be doing. When my service was done, I'd gone to grab a bite to eat in the same plaza and came back to take photos/video of the salon. Norma was now at the front desk -- I explained I wanted to get a photo of the CannaCures menu and she asked if I was interested in that service because she's out of the bath bombs for the pedicure at the moment. I was unaware of this and asked her does that mean I did not receive that part of the service during my earlier appointment. After looking at my profile, she apologized because the bath bomb is currently out of stock and I shouldn't have been charged for it. She apologized again and let me know I would receive 20% off my next visit. While I do appreciate the gesture, I would not have even known I was overcharged had I not gone back to get some content of the location and that honestly sucks.
