I have dealt with Bipro on several occasions and am very pleased with the service. David is exceptional at evaluting the needs of the user, giving options and estimates , and recommendations for the optimal system required. He makes house calls and is a very engaging person.

9/13/2020 Contacted David with Bipro Computers on a Monday morning, frustrated beyond belief at how slow my computer was running. He set a same day appointment. With COVID-19, David with Bipro was able to remote in to my Computer and reversolved all the issues! David was very friendly and knowledgeable. David spoke in plain English, instead of geek which made it much easier for me to understand what was going on. COVID-19 safe, extremely courteous and very nice to talk to! I would use him again in a heartbeat, and recommend him to other's who are facing annoying technical computer issues. I will leave his name and number in case you need his service.
