It's okay. The franchisee needs to know his station needs some TLC.Paper towels at pumps are either OUT or STUCK unable to use.For several weeks the "Free" air station has been broken. When I repeatedly ask, I'm told they're unable to get the part!Better to drive around the corner to Chevron on Sepulveda & el Segundo, great station!

This store is marked 24/7, but it's ALWAYS closed whenever I walk there at 1-4am. Literally every time I walk there the door's locked. Usually the worker is visible or outside doing stuff and tells me it's closed for an hour+

It's a convenient safe stop to get some gas and like me buy some Lottery tickets. The cashiers are always nice and friendly and the store is always neat and clean.

The only reason I even try to use this gas station is because it is so close to my job. Unfortunately the card payment system only works about 50% of the time. This morning was the last try I ever make. After being declined multiple times I contacted my credit card company and they told me they never even got an attempt. My card was never declined. Never again. It's also the most expensive station in the area.

Only place in town, overpriced, and the air and water are always out of service.

Worst customer service. Will make you ask multiple times for help and give condescending advice like “push the pump in” before actually moving to help. How about fix your pos machines and pumps so they don’t malfunction in the first place????

I only go here because it is convenient. It's expensive, often crowded, and many times I have to walk inside Bc the credit card machines don't work. Today I was there and I have a lifted Jeep, I accidentally ran over a cone I didn't see and the woman working there yelled at me. When I stopped and apologized and said I didn't see it, she was again rude. Not a fan. Enter at your own risk.

All the staff is super awesome! My favorite gas station. I like how clean the gas station is and the store is well organized and has lots of snacks and drinks that I like.

I had to go by Chevron to buy something when it was late (around 1am and chilly outside). The woman had the door locked, and glared and yelled through the glass that the gas station was closed, but the sign on the door said 24 hours and all the lights were on. When I pointed to the hours, with a squared-off attitude, she shrugged, rolled her eyes, and (I think) indicated by flashing her hands in annoyance that I could wait 20 min if I wanted to buy something. I was about to leave, but more people walked up, so I waited with them because maybe she would then open the door. One of the guys said he comes often and if her name tag says Mariela, that this is no surprise- she has an attitude. Nobody could see her, so after a while, three people left to go to other gas stations and it was just me and a guy. With the attitude she had earlier, I'm pretty sure she disappeared and took a while on purpose. After a long wait, right before me and the guy were going to leave, she finally came out and let us in with a frown, a glare, and all over rude. It's unnecessary to be so downright rude when we were patiently waiting- or overly rude to people in general. I glanced at the name tag and it was in fact Mariela. A gas station visit is supposed to be a pretty non-eventful experience- you don't leave feeling good or bad, but this woman left me with such an unpleasant feeling- Aggghh. With plenty of other gas stations around, I won't come here again, and I recommend you don't either.

Local El Segundo greedy mart. Convenient but poorly managed. Convenience store is typical and overpriced. They offer gas, but not diesel. Gas pumps are some of the slowest I've ever encountered. I guess if you find yourself downtown El Segundo and need fuel it's the only game in town. Recommend going to the 99 cent store (1 block away) for everything else but gas.

They have updated the pumps and now take Google/Android/Apple pay. Very nice. Hometown hero - it's a pleasure to have this. Free air and water. Well stocked convenience store.

ALWAYS have to go inside to pay because the pre-pay at the pump NEVER seems to work. And mysteriously, as soon as I walk in at let the fake, friendly faced workers in there know, after waiting in a five minute line, I get gas. only to have a pending $100 charge on my CC for five days. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and I work down the street. I don't care about convenience anymore.
