“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“This is a clean, organized Old Navy. It looks much larger from the outside and is much smaller than the Fox Hills Mall Old Navy in Culver City. I didn't see a jewelry section here but in my experience you're lucky if their jewelry lasts for a season. I came to Century City around 10am hoping to beat the crowds and the store was not busy.The men's section is small but I got some "waffle" long sleeve tops at a great price (they are 60% cotton, too) and saved about half the sale price after quickly opening up an Old Navy credit card. The employees are nice and helpful. They have great sales for the holidays and frequent sales in general. I like how the clothes are fashionable but not out of style after one season. I didn't like the low neckline for the women's waffle top (known as long johns for East coasters) so bought a men's S with a high neckline. It's great and also thicker than the women's version. I don't like how you might feel rushed shopping at Century City mall since there's only one hour of free parking. Old Navy is conveniently near the food court and Shake Shack. If you spend more than an hour here and want to avoid paying for parking, I spend at least $5 at Gelson's and get my parking ticket validated (free the the next 2 hours I think).”

Kudos to the person responsible for quality control at Next Level!”

“I am 'Old School kinda person I grew up with chucks, wallabies, croker sacks and Romero's, can't forget the 501 jeans ? just to name a few Bell Sales is one of the original stores I can find them, my experience at this location was very good, staff is friendly and helpful, clean environment, social distancing, hand san and mask available prices are reasonable, so if a person like these types of shoes and clothing its a cool place to shop.”

“I found an outfit I really liked. But it didn't fit at all. Disappointed with my body more than Penneys. I had to return it. Couldn:to return it at the cash register. Had to go all the way to the back of the store. There was a line. But once I got to the counter I was out in two minutes.”

“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”

“Hello fellow shoppers just wanted to drop a note and tell you how much I love this store. You can find special toys books and clothes. It's a little on the pricey side but it is quality and will last for years. My grandaughter Zara wore a dress I bought from there and was the star of the birthday party. It wasn't even her party lol. Stop by you won't be disappointed.”
