I couldn't be happier with Comerica El Segundo as my bank! I joined Comerica a couple of years ago after being disappointed with Wells Fargo. Comerica El Segundo provides an outstanding banking experience. The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes from my home in Redondo Beach. You enter through a beautiful garden/fountain area and when in the bank where the lines are none or short, I am welcomed and greeted by my name by the awesome manager Andre. Andre provides exceptional banking and customer service and makes me and my spouse Marvin feel like very valued customers. They also have very sweet tellers working there, especially Dory. On top of all of the great service, Comerica offers very competitive rates and excellent deals including a zero percent credit card through Elan bank. I highly recommend this great bank to anyone in search of an exceptional bank with staff that go above and beyond to show they care about each customer.

Very happy with the personalized service. While traveling in MX I had forgotten to alert CS of my travel abroad. Branch Mgr and VP, Tasha Speer answered the branch phone before hrs and immediately helped me to allow an emergency debit charge. Thank you for your help during a very stressful moment.

I have been banking with this bank ( formally known as Bay Cities National Bank) since I was just a kid in the 80's. My grandfather was one of the founders and invested into opening the original location in Redondo Beach. This is the reason I continue to bank here and have been very loyal to them and not banking elsewhere. In the past couple of years I feel like the costumer service has went down hill. On many occasions I have stopped there to deposit money into the ATM and have had the hardest time with the machine just spitting the cash out back at me so many times making it extremely time consuming and frustrating. On a couple of occasions I let them know inside the bank about the problem, suggesting they may need their ATM serviced and stated the problems......I was told by an employee that it's better to just come in the bank to make the deposit. That's not the point!!! ATM's are there for a reason....to use!!! And not always when you need to do transactions is the bank open. In February I was depositing $500 cash into the ATM when all of a sudden it spit $200 back at me and and kept $300 of it...the transaction completed with NO receipt??? So I went into the bank to tell them what happened. I deposited the $200 that was spit back out at me and let the teller know that $300 of it was kept by the ATM but no receipt was given. She said to give her a minute and she would check the machine, she said it would take a bit for she had to count all the money in it and see if it balanced with what was suppose to be in there. She said it was all balanced correctly and that if it was off it would show a $300 difference. I am a pretty patient person but I was SO upset cause I was not going to lose $300 when I know I had just put it in there. Then she said I can leave and she would file an investigation on it and let me know later if it was resolved. I had just got out of surgery for my cancer and was getting paid disability ( which isn't much) and need that money in there ASAP to pay bills. I told them look!!! I just tried to deposit $500.....your ATM just NOW keep $300 and spit back $200....I told them I'm not leaving or going anywhere till they figure it out!!!!!!! So the employee seemed so frustrated and said....ok....I will go check again. Then she came out with the $300 that she had found that had slipped under the proper place. I was SO relieved until she said.....unfortunately this can't go strait to your account today....they have to put a hold on it for so many days because they had to do paper work on it?? Like an incident report or something??? WHATEVER!!! At this point I was just happy they found it and proved to them I wasn't lying or trying to pull a fast one on them or thinking I was a nut. I have been too afraid to use that ATM since which is such an inconvenience so now I always go doing business hours to make a deposit. Today, I go into the bank to make a deposit.....and there was nobody in there. I can here voices in the back. I was patient and waited...and waited and finely I was waiting too long and said HELLO really loud and still nobody came out to help me so I then went and opened the front door hoping that they would here that and come look up front but still nobody can. I waited again and finally said HELLO again really loud and then one of the teller came from the back. I said.....nicely...you guys need a little bell up here so you know if someone here. She said, I heard you come in ......Really????? You heard me come in and you couldn't show your face ( if you were busy) and say hello...I will be right with you....you just ignore me??? I wouldn't even be bothering you if you had your ATM serviced properly so I can trust using it.

This location is not easy to find or access. I circled multiple times and still have no idea where to park or access the bank or atm. Standard for Comerica

We've been a customer for a couple of years, after years of less than acceptable experiences with Bank of A_ _ _ _ _ _ and then C _ _ _ _ Bank. The El Segundo branch of Comerica is fabulous. With this branch, you get the advantages of a large, nationwide bank, coupled with the benefits of a small, intimate bank. Dare I say that our banking experience is enjoyable. If there is a line for the tellers, the bankers (Myrium, Marcelina) or bank manager (Sokun) will come out and assist. If we need something out of the ordinary, the answer has always been, "we'll figure out a way to make it work." Look, no one enjoys going to the bank. I understand that. However, most of us need a bank, some of us more than others, than I'd strongly recommend the El Segundo Brach of Comerica.

This was my absolute favorite bank out of all the banks. I work with. Unfortunately this banking team made several unprofessional mistakes and cost me money and credit. However the personal service was so amazing. But mistakes also reflect on reputation. I do not recommend fast movers to rely on this bank. Marcella and the team do not deserve your business. Fast pace business people should stick with the Wells Fargo's of the world. I was in the process of closing all my accounts with other banks to only bank at opus. Luckily I waited to test them out. There system was hacked and blamed it on my company. With out warning they closed all of my accounts with out notice in order to cover up there incompetence. It's unfortunate that my lawyers will have to get involved.

I called to askba simple question and the guy who answered the fun was awful... i don't bank with them the question was for my friend. But I feel sorry for who ever banks with them
