We had an excellent experience at Caliber Collision in El Segundo. Our Service Advisor, Harlen C., was extremely professional, caring, and kept us informed every step of the way. The car was finished a day ahead of schedule and looks great. It’s clear that Harlen truly cares for his clients. Michelle also did a wonderful job assisting with the documents and making the process smooth. Highly recommend this location!

I had minor damages to left front side. Dropped off my vehicle on Monday and it was completed by Friday. Really fast turnaround. The staff was really friendly, professional. Received updates by text of the cost,completion time. Thank You everyone for an awesome experience.

The whole team was great! They kept me in the loop and updated on all my repairs. The manager was the best! My car needed an extra part and he came out on a Saturday to allow me to pick my car up sooner because they're close on weekends.
I would most certainly recommend someone here.
