They used a shipping company that shipped to the wrong address, customer service gave a report link/form that doesn’t work and left the rest of the responsibility to me.

The DERMSTORE SUCKS!!!! I paid for 2 day delivery and they send a notice stating an extra day yet won't refund the expedited fee, not answer any calls, nor any emails!!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
