For a time with me, this place did a fairly good job with customer service, struggled a bit to make things right from time to time but eventually made a bad situation good. Then, I had an issue with a couple of defective cars. They wouldn’t answer my emails after numerous attempts with different addresses they had. I tried calling them a number of times, FORGET IT! Not only will they NEVER answer their phone but you get this lame message that they are probably racing on their track and so leave a message, (good luck with this one, if their mailbox isn’t full, they WON’T return your call anyway!) So eventually, after months of trying to work with them, I had to file a dispute through the credit card company to get my money back! After spending thousands of dollars here throughout the year they just totally blow me off on a defective product and force me to resolve the issue through a credit card dispute. You people may have this delusion that you’re the only game in town, but far from it! I have taken my business elsewhere and there are some outstanding, customer service based retailers very happy to take my business. Bye.. bye Electric Dreams!

What a hobby shop should be. Folks if they don't have it. You don't need it. Over the top friendly service knowledge beyond measure and an inventory to rival any, anywhere. Thank you guys for the help and the slot car fix. If you are in the area, stop in. There is something for any slot car guy or gal.

Great place to get into slot cars. Marc was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain about the different Slot Car Brands and scale models. I purchased a slot car and Marc showed me how to setup and run it.

WOW, great customer service! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In this world of negativity and distractions, it is such a nice break from the norm to get actual "customer service". My expectations were exceeded in both circumstances. Fast reply to an email, and above average help during a follow-up phone call. Kristin was a great help and shared her caring expertise while answering my questions and concerns. I will recommend Electric Dreams to anyone, and everyone interested in slot cars. I hope that Kristin and Electric Dreams understand that if I could give more "Stars" I certainly would.

What can I say about electric dreams ! First, they treat you like family . This is a place where you can take the whole family to have fun . They have all kind of cars to choose from there amazing. They have big tracks to play on . If you have never been, you need to go . I promise if you go in, you will buy a few cars and you will be back to race them

HAve purchased a stack of Carerra Digital items for my track from these folks. Things arrive unbroken, promptly, and at a fair price. I ask for nothing else from vendors, and I am pleased to do business with them because they have the goods and the website is well organized.
