Mark was so helpful after I booked online last minute and got a small storage locker. The lockers and storage area are well-lit, clean, spacious, and easy to use at any time. Although I was having a few issues understanding where to go at first, he was guiding me every step of the way and the process could’ve have been smoother.

The staff/team here at this location just go above and beyond!! It’s an older facility but it’s clean and has everything you need!! I had another storage unit reserved elsewhere, but it was in awful condition, so I called and they were able to accommodate me here day of… and I was so thankful!!

I had the fortunate experience of working with Mr. Omar Moncada on a recent visit to empty and close out my son's storage unit at ExtraStorage. My son was going through some challenging life issues at the time but was able to work with Mr Moncada on the phone in order to get me access and closure for this effort. Mr. Moncada walked me through all of the activities that needed to take place as well as answered multiple questions from me. His patience was wonderful. And very much appreciated. I will definitely use this storage facility again if ever the need should arise. Thank you again Mr. Moncada, I can't thank you enough.
