    I was just trying to understand very basic account information for an account we have had for decades. This guy Josh at this office was so rude!! I have never had bad customer service at Fidelity until today. I do not recommend calling them to handle your money concerns!!!

    It is a top notch place. I went there for a new transaction which I wasn't familiar in setting up and they helped me step by step, and they were really professional. It was a jo doing a business with them in this location.
