Great experience purchasing glass jars for my candles from this company. The quality of the jars exceeded my expectations. The customer service was exceptional, with prompt responses and helpful guidance throughout the process. The jars arrived well-packaged and on time. I'm happy with my purchase and will be returning more supplies in the future. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Ray gun Torch and it's already been over 3 days and I can't reach them. I've sent them emails, sent them text on Facebook, Instagram. Everything I could think off. They said the product would take 2-3 days for shipping. On the 5th day today and no Info about my order was sent, no shipping details, no tracking number, just money being charged for something I haven't gotten yet. I hope I hear from them soon and can resolve my issue. Its so sad to see such a good store showing such negligence towards their customers.

At this point I'm not even sure this a real company and not a scam. I ordered a product months ago, they certainly took my payment. Haven't heard a thing since. They never answer their phone,never return the messages and I've sent atleast 8 emails....nothing.I guess it's turning them into my bank for fraud and theft, submit a complaint to the BBB and post negative reviews everywhere I can to hopefully stop others from losing their money

I can't speak on their products as I never received any. I can speak on their customer service which is terrible when having to deal with actual issues. If you don't face any issues ordering then you should be good, otherwise it'll be a hassle/headache to get clarity on orders.. It's almost like you're wasting their time when asking about an item you paid for.Edit: Responding the owner's response:It's lovely to see how quickly you respond when it comes to protecting your brand image. It took you 2 days and me sending you the transcript with my bank to even get in contact with your merchant provider because it's only after that you explicitly said "we're sending these screenshots to them now."After which I mentioned there's no need because my bank was getting in touch with them already anyways. You started off with the assumption that I was defrauding your company, despite me mentioning if you need ANYTHING please let me know.You asked for an order #, but how could I provide one when I never got past the checkout screen? I explained all this in my first email if you even took the time to read it.At the end of the day like I said in my initial review, if everything is going smoothly then you'll have no problem with these guys. Otherwise get ready for a headache. I pray that this public review of this situation keeps these guys on point for any future potential customers. I've no real malice for people I've never met but this is just trash customer service. Happy Friday!
